He didn't know.

Maybe that's why the sinking feeling in his chest was so prominent.
He could remember the day they met so clearly it started to hurt more and more with each passing day.
"Who are you?"
"None of your damn business."
"Oh, yeah. Being an ass. That's a great way to interact with someone."
"Fuck you."
That conversation played in his mind on a loop. It shouldn't have been the one he remembered so clearly. But maybe that's why he was drawn to them.

Those were thoughts he attempted to shove away, knowing his Master could hear them.
"I don't think we should keep kissing."
"Why?"
"It's super intimate and causes feelings."
The soft lips he felt upon his ignore what they had just voiced.
"I thought we weren't going to kiss anymore?"
"Hush. Take off your pants."
"Take off your top then."
"Deal."
He placed his arm upon his forehead, staring at the ceiling, deep in thought.
"We're still just sleeping together right?"
"Yes. Why?"
"There's no feelings?"
"Not on my end?" A lie. "Yours?"
"Nope." Another lie.
"Then I see no reason for you to have asked."
