YSABELLE's POV
I went to my class after we ate lunch. Kinakabahan ako pumasok sa klase na 'to kasi alam ko na kaklase ko si Regina. I went to the back and sat near the window.
Nakita ko si Regina pumasok sa classroom at agad akong umiwas ng tingin. Hindi ko kasi alam kung pwede ko ba siya tingnan or ano. Na-awkward na kami sa isa't isa after namin magaway nina Angelo.
Hindi ko na lang inisip ang nangyari noon at nagpokus na lang ako sa kailangan kong gawin ngayon. May meeting kami mamaya dahil pagpaplanuhan na namin kung anong gagawin para sa tryouts para sa dance troupe.
Binuksan ko ang phone ko habang hinihintay ko na dumating ang professor at pagbukas ko ng IG ay napangiti ako dahil sa story na kita ko.

She's finally here. I'm so excited to see her. I'm excited to hear her voice. It's been 10 years since we hugged, too. I mean, I did go to London after what happened but I was so busy sulking and whining that I didn't get to spend time with her. I missed her a lot. We can do the things we did when we were younger, play a prank on our parents again, have fun together. We're not gonna have connection problems, not gonna think about timezones, and definitely not going to have audio problems anymore. It still feels different when you can meet and talk to the people you love in person.
Ang tanda ko ay susunduin siya ni Kuya sa airport and diretso siya dito dahil madadaanan din nila ang school papunta sa bahay. The smile stayed on my face as I imagined Kuya Harry getting lectured by her when they meet.
Naputol ang pagi-imagine ko dahil dumating na ang professor namin kaya tinago ko na ang phone ko at nilabas ang notebook ko. Matapos ang klase ay mayroon kaming 20 minutes vacant. Malayo ang building ng susunod na klase and I usually end up using the 15 minutes walking to the building. Since I can't do anything with the remaining time, I just wait outside the room.
"Uy, Ysabelle."
I looked up and saw Joaquin walking towards me. I waved at him and he stopped in front of me.
"What's up?" I asked.
"Heard your sister's coming home soon," he said. "Congrats."
I laughed, "Is that something to be congratulated about?"
Joaquin shrugged. "I dunno, but didn't you get separated from her for 10 years? Now you're meeting each other in person again. I'd celebrate that, to be honest."
He's right. Well, I guess it is something to be congratulated about. I took a good look at him and he looked happy.
"What about you?" I asked. "You look happy today."
