The Starting of Something New

"Gajeel? Why are you smiling?" Romeo asked, genuinely terrified.

"I'm smiling, didn't notice!" Gajeel said in a happy voice and Romeo backed away even farther.

"And what is up with your voice?"

"What's wrong with it?"

He sounded like a girl that just had the best day ever and on top of that, got asked out by the hottest guy of all time.

"Nothing." Romeo said all to quickly and started to walk faster unconsciously, as if he was being chased.

"Let's just find......the.........others?"

He and Gajeel walked around a corner and saw a strange sight, well, it wasn't that strange to them as it were for others.

Ezra was walking with a passed out, and beat up, Natsu over her shoulder as that girl they had called Stacey was holding Sting , who also didn't look to good, in a choker hold while she talked in a normal manner to Ezra. Mira pulled along a horror stricken Lucy and kept trying to tell her reassuring things.

"It's going to be okay Lucy!"

"I'm...........I'm......his-his-his!"

"Just calm down."

They noticed their two friends staring at them, so the motioned them to come over here. They looked at each other and then walked forward.

"Hi guys!"

Everyone stopped and looked at the smiling Gajeel that had greeted them ever so cheerfully.

"It's the end of the world!" Lucy shouted to the sky and started to sob into Mira's shoulder and Romeo looked at her in confusion.

"What happen to her?" He asked and Mira sighed unhappily.

"Let's just say she learned some things today. Things that she might've not wanted to know." Mira said, and she didn't explain any father, so Romeo took that as a 'Don't ask' .

"Oh my! Are you ok Lucy!" Gajeel said worriedly and Lucy sobbed harder.

"What is wrong with him?!" Mira asked Romeo, and he just shrugged his shoulders.

"Your guess is as good as mine. We were hit with one of Cana's sleeping spells and when we woke up, Gajeel turned into Mr. Rainbows and Sunshine! I've had a long day!"

They all nodded in understanding, except for Gajeel, who was skipping next to the group.

Then Ezra broke the silence. "Where is Cana? And everyone else?"

"I don't know. If we find Cana, we can tell everyone where we are staying for the night." Stacey strategized and Ezra smiled at her.

"Good thinking!"

Wendy sat in a corner, crying to herself.

She acted like such a fool! She harmed her friends and was so out of character! She wasn't herself! What-what if she changed again? Would she hurt everyone? And now Romeo probably thought she was crazy.

She sat there, sniveling quietly when she heard footsteps coming nearer and nearer with each second. She hunched her shoulders and tried to make herself as small as possible to prevent from being seen, but that seemed to fail.

"Wendy?"

She looked up with her tear stained face and saw the worried eyes of her water Mage friend. "Juvia?" She said quietly, and then jumped up onto her and hugged her tightly.

"Wendy? What is wrong?" Juvia asked the crying girl.

Wendy looked at her unsurely then decided to tell her the entire story, detail by detail, even the part when she was snapped at by a crab.

"Juvia sees what is a matter." Juvia said after awhile.

"Boy troubles." Wendy nodded to that comment and Juvia smiled at her.

"Juvia has the same problem with Gray-sama. I don't think he even notices me at all, or if he even thinks about me." Juvia said sadly and Wendy nodded in understanding.

"Same! Boys don't know anything!"

"Here is Juvia's advice. Ignore him."

"What? Ignore him? How will that help?"

Juvia stood up and held out a hand to Wendy. Wendy accepted her hand gratefully and dusted her dress off.

"Yes, you see, girls like us pay too much attention to the boys we like. And they tend to find that annoying. So if you and Juvia stop giving them so much attention, they maybe they will notice us."

"What if they don't?"

"Then it is their loss."

Wendy smiled and nodded again. It was good to talk to someone and let it all out. It was even better that she could talk to someone that understood what she was going through.

"But what if I mess up?" Wendy asked Juvia.

Juvia smiled and held the small girls hand. "Juvia will help you if you help Juvia. I will also ignore Gray-sama, no matter how much my feelings for him overflow! We will do this together!"

"Yeah!" Wendy agreed and they both walked away from the corner with a new sense of accomplishment and pride.

They could do this! Together as partners!

"Let me go!" Lissana cried out and her napper tried to keep her calm.

"Stop screaming already! I'm not going to hurt you!" The person shouted at her, and that just made her fight harder.

"I will get out of here! I have friends with powerful powers! The strongest guild! Fairy-

"Yeah, yeah, Fairy Tail. I know, if you just let me talk-

Lissana had successfully gotten out of the person's grip and tried to escape, but she was in a room with four walls and each one had no doors or windows.

"Where am I?" She said to herself and turned to the person behind her.

"Listen Lissana!" The person said, and a different fear fell into the pit of her stomach.

"How do you know my name? Have you been stalking us?" She said, terrified.

She ran at the person and tried to hit them, but the person dogged it and fell backwards, and their hood fell off.

Lissana stared into the eyes of her captor and her mind went blank.

"Your my kidnapper!? Why did you do this?" She yelled at the familiar face in front of her.

She knew this person. She knew this person very well. Someone she had grown up with. Someone that would always be family, no matter what they did. But kidnapping her was pushing it.

It was-
