One Ship down

Mira looked outside at the nightly world and sighed. Levy told her that Stacey needed her to met her outside by the lake to talk about something important. Now she had been waiting for about twenty minutes waiting for her to get her butt over here.

She was even tired beyond her limits, and her patience was wearing thin. She was about to leave when she heard a rustling coming from behind her in the trees.

"It was about time you got here! I was getting tired of waiting for you Sta........cey?"

She stared the blonde boy straight in the eyes, who was also surprised with wide eyes.

"Laxus? What are you doing here?" She asked cautiously as she held nervously twitched her fingers. Sure, she liked him and all, but-wait..............Stacey was a dead girl once she got her hands on her! This was a set up, made by her own partner in crime! Traitor! And her sister would, hold up, where was her sister?

"Gajeel told me that he need to see me outside, why are you out here?" He asked her, and she sighed in frustration. How was she gonna tell him that their friends tried to step them up by tricking them to get them to meet by the lake, the most romantic place at the spa?

"I think you just did."

Her eyes went even wider than before as she looked back at the blushing Laxus that was rubbing his neck awkwardly that she found adorable. Crap.

Her brain stopped working as she realized what she just did. She said what she was thinking out loud, to him if anything, but now she was just embarrassed. All of their friends were dead after this. But there was a small part of her brain happy that her friends did this.

"Soooooo, what do we do now?" She asked innocently, and we all know she's not innocent at all.

"Go back to our rooms, I guess." He said quietly. She frowned and inwardly cursed at the fact that she even asked him. She was a matchmaker for gods sake! She could do better than that, and she just messed up!

"O-okay, well, see you later." She said quietly with disappointment dripping off of her voice. She turned to leave when she finally decided it was time. If she had the guts to make other people confess and admit their feelings, then she should have the guts to do it with her own life! It was time she grew a set, man up (Elfman would be proud), and told him exactly what she thought.

She spun on her heel and marched towards him, heart beating fast and blood boiling from fear. What if he didn't feel the same way? The she'd just embarrass herself in front of the boy she liked. Is a girls problems never done. Welp, here goes nothing.

"Laxus. I need to tell you something." She gulped.

"What is it you need?"

"I-I l-l-like, ah, y-y-yogurt! Yes yogurt! Just love the thing, especially cherry flavor, best thing ever! What's your!" She mentally was dying inside by the fact that she didn't have the guts at all to confess her feelings to him. She just acted like an complete idiot!

He narrowed his eyes, but answered her anyways, in the most awkward voice as well. " Um, yeah. I think cherry is good too."

"That's nice." She said while nodding her head.

"Are you fucking kidding me!"

They both turned towards a bush that was rustling and Stacey stood up, along with Levy and Lucy. Her face was complete rage and her fist were balled. Gray and Natsu held the same irritation on their faces and they held cameras in their hands.

"Our revenge, bitch!" Natsu shouted and took a picture.

"Yeah, we've been planning this for quite some chapters now!" Gray said as he also took a few snaps and the two people flinched from the bright light.

"You!" Stacey shouted pointing at Mira. "You will spill it right now or else this will never happen! You fuck with us, we fuck with you! Now get to it missy, I want some action!"

"What did I ever do to you?!" Mira asked her, and Stacey shrugged and held the camera up to her face. "Now let's get it on!"

Mira blushed at her friends words, but nodded in encouragement. She was right, she needed to do this, or else she might never do it again in her life. She once again faced him with a strong stare that made him even more nervous than before the other girls showed up.

"Laxus!" She shouted and he gulped.

"Y-yes?"

"I-I really like you!" And with that, she held his face with both of her hands and quickly placed her lips against his. Her eyes were tightly closed, and she could hear the click of a camera from behind her. She quickly pulled away and shoved him back, covering her face out of embarrassment. Her face was redder than is has ever been and her heart was about to explode. She was about to run away until a big hand grabbed hers and pulled both of them away from her face.

She stared into his deep eyes and blushed again at their intensity. Then his next words made her stomach swirl with butterflies and rainbows.

"I bet I like you more." He said and her mind stopped as he pressed his lips against hers like she did to him. There were a few 'awws' in the background that she heard, but she ignored them completely and closed her eyes slowly. She guessed this was love was like.

This was officially the best day of her life.

"Is it done?"

"Yes, I even have a picture to prove it."

"Oh my gosh! Yes! One down! A lot more to go!"

"Jeez, and I thought Mira was the biggest matchmaker of all time. Then I met you at that gift shop with that other chick, speaking of her, how's she doing?"

"Oh, she's great. She just insulted me again not to long ago. Ya know, the normal, but thanks Stacey, speak to ya later about my next plan. Peace out."

"Bye." Stacey said and hung up her phone and shoved it in her pocket. This was gonna be the longest two weeks of her life, and today was only day one. Ha bitches! But you didn't realize that this whole time had been one whole day.
