"Hey girl, what's up?" Stacy yawned into the phone. When the whole boy thing was over, her phone started to vibrate, but she didn't except 'her' to be up this early in the morning.

'Hey Stace, we have a little problem.' The voice on the other end groaned. 'Lisanna has sort of been kidnapped by that green haired prick.'

Stacey's eyes narrowed as she walked into a broom closet and quietly closed the door.

"How, I thought he was on some mission?"

'He is, but this one is from the future, but no matter. We need Lissana back is the plan is to be complught.'

"To be what? Is that even a word, oh never mind, your eating something as we talk, aren't you? How many times have I told you not to do that?!"

'About twenty, but it's a blueberry muffin, what did you think i was gonna do? Wait till we were done talking?'

Stacey rolled her eyes and growled into the phone. "Was this muffin made with milk, or water?"

'.................quack?'

"You idiot!" Stacy raged. "You know your lactose intolerant, why do you torture yourself!"

'It's just sooooooo good! By the way, there's a fifty year old man that just opened the broom closet door staring at you, don't ask how I know this, because I know everything. Bye bye!' And just like that, her phone went beep and the call ended. Stacey slowly turned, blushing in embarrassment, and waved at the old, gray hair man that was standing in the door way.

"Relationship problems?" He asked her.

"Something like that."

"Is it about troubles in bed, because they have counseling for that."

"And this conversation is over!" She said quickly as she ran past him to get to her friends back at the room.

"First stage for males, puppy love? Lucy, isn't that-

"Yeah, let's not talk about that!" Lucy quickly cut off Levy's question, not in the mood to really talk about it, but then a thought occurred to her. "Hey, didn't Romeo say that Gajeel was acting happy last time we saw them, do you think that means that he's also entered the first stage?"

While the others were out to eat breakfast, Lucy and Levy decided to go to the Library and study the dragon book that Mira stole from some girl, both wanting to know more about what was happening.

"So Gageel and Natsu are on stage one, but not the others. So that means the two found their mates. Obviously your Natsu's-

"W-we don't know that yet!" Lucy implied.

"What ever helps you sleep at night." Levy mumbled. "But who on earth would be Gajeel's mate? I can't find anyone that would be a match for him!"

"Oh, I don't know either, but I bet it's a pretty smart girl, and probably a girl he hangs around with a lot. I bet she's super awesome, likes reading, an incredible Mage, someone we all know and love, has blue hair, super-

"I get it!" Levy snapped." Dang Lucy, you make it sound like she's a goddess or something. I BET she isn't even that good, probably weak, and Gajeel don't like weak people. I can already tells that she is rude, and cruel."

Lucy got up from her chair and looked down at her ignorant friend. "Your, your kidding me, right? Please say your not actually serious."

"Hey, if you can be delusional, so can I."

"You know what, go fuck yourself."

Hey guys, this chapter is sort of like, a kick off, you could say. It's like the part that sort of reminds people of what's going on an shit, so yeah. This chapter is called 'The Buddy System' because I'm gonna have people in groups of two to three, looking for Lissana.

And believe me when I say, I have a great (or horrible) idea. If you have any ideas on groups I should make, please a comment!

Next chapter is gonna be longer than this garbage, because I know short chapters suck.
