"Aaah!"I screamed.I squeezed the manly hands I was holding.I was sweating hard.
"You can do it love,few more push"Elijah tried to encourage me.
It was harder than I expected.I thought you would just push out a baby out of you but no.
"Mrs,1 more big push"sabi naman ng doctor. "Inhale,Exhale"I did as what she said and pushed.
Elijah was kissing my forehead.After the big push I was relieved.I heard slapping then a cry.What a beautiful voice.I looked at Elijah who was looking at our baby.He has tears building up on his eyes.The doctor did things on my baby and handed her to me.She was resting on my chest.Elijah and I were crying.He held her tiny hands and kissed her forehead.
"Beautiful"he said.
"Very"I smiled and kissed her forehead too.They had to take her first to do some test I think.I felt my eyes get heavier then I just slept.I was weak and tired.But when I heard my daughter's cry it washed all the pain away.
Elijah's POV
Valerie is now sleeping.I'll let her be since she probably drained all her energy.Our baby is still being checked.I didn't know it will take this long.
We were in a presidential suite.Everyone is here,Ma,dad,Valerie's parents,and her sister Stefanie.Kookie's at home owning the mansion.He's already big.
All family were busy while I was sitting beside the bed waiting for her to gain consciousness.
Ma and Valerie's mom is talking to each other while dad and Valerie's dad is talking to each other too.Stefanie,she's in her own world watching BTS probably.
I just smiled looking at my view.A big family.Thats what I dreamt of,we were now making a family.Val and I.Her carrying my kids.
We haven't really talked about her name yet.I wanted her to decide.Then if we have a boy I'll decide.I laughed at my selfishness.
They all stared at me and continued what they were doing.I am so lucky with this woman.
Just then a knock was heard at the suite's door.I went and opened it.It was our baby in her small bed.I think..
It seemed unreal, me being a father.
"Come in"I told the nurse who was pushing my daughter.
Suddenly Stefanie stood up and went near our baby.She silently screamed.She was nearing her hand on her cheeks.
"Stefanie, bata yan hindi yan laruan.Don't dare pinch her cheeks"there was warn in tita's voice.Stefanie rolled her eyes and sighed.
"Oh my gosh,I'm a lola na" ma stood up and went near us.She looked closely at her beautiful tiny face.
"Kamukha mo siya Elij"sabi ni ma.
"No she doesn't,she looks like my daughter"Tita defended.
"No fighting,her features doesn't show too much yet" dad said as tito agreed nodding his head.
"No lie,she got Valerie's hair"si ma.
"My hair"si tito habang nag fafake ng ubo.
I glanced at Valerie to see her slowly opening her eyes.I rushed to her. "Love,are you conscious?"I asked as she nodded.
"Malamang kuya" I heard Stefanie.She was such a teaser.
"Look at our daughter getting all the love and attention she deserve"I fixed her hair.
"Have you think of a name already?"I asked I was curious I want to call her by her name already.
"Is Ayanna okay?"she asked still struggling to talk cause of her dry throat.
"It's beautiful,Ayanna Hale Quinn"I answered with tears in my head.
"Saan mo nanaman nakuha 'yong Hale"she smiled.
"It just went on my mind and parang bagay"I explained as she nodded.
"Ayanna Hale Quinn,my daughter"she smiled and glanced towards her.They were now carrying her.
"Val,she got your hair and lips anak"tita showed her Ayanna.
"So ano pangalan?I want to call her by her name"Stefanie angrily asked.
"Can you chill"si tito.
"She is my baby yanna, Stef"Val said.
"Yanna?beautiful"ma complimented.
"Ayanna Hale" Val added.
They all looked at us with sparkling looks.
"Yannaaaaaa!!" I will make you love BTS"sabi naman ni Stefanie at mabilis na lumapit sa tabi ni Yanna.
Another knock was heard. "Sir,ibigay ko lng itong forum for the birth certificate.Fill up niyo nalang po."I nodded then gave him a smile.
"Ako na mag fill up love?"I asked as she nodded.
I checked the paper.I answered the basic questions first.
