It's already 7pm but Val isn't home yet. Yanna keeps crying I bet she's hungry.She already took the last milk Valerie pumped kanina. I don't know but Im fucking worried about her,wala rin syang text o pasabi manlang na malalate sya ng uwi,I mean why would she? nag grocery lang naman siya hindi naman siya gumala.

I decided to call her mother.

"Hi tita goodevening" sabi ko nang wala na akong ring na naririnig.

["hijo bakit ka napatawag?May nangyari ba?]

I sighed. "Wala naman po tita but by any chance kasama niyo po ba si Valerie?"

["huh? hindi ano ka ba son we just arrived from your home? Teka is Valerie missing?!"]

I nodded na parang nakikita nya. "No I don't know she went out for groceries kanina diba? And then hanggang ngayon wala pa po siya,hindi ko siya macontact tita. Yanna keeps on crying too I think she's hungry but naubusan na siya ng gatas kaya nagpabili muna ako ng formula"

[" I see Ill try to contact her and try asking my husband too Elijah please tell me when she gets home or if not which I wish wont happen,tell me please okay"]

I sighed." okay po tita don't worry i will have a goodnight"

Im getting worried already. San ba sya nagpunta? I dialed my mom's number next no luck wala din daw si Valerie doon.

" SIR SIR HETO NA PO UNG GATAS NI YANNA PO!!!" sigaw ng maid papasok ng bahay. I sighed I thought there was an updated about her.

"Paki timpla nlg manang may gagawin lg ako" she nodded.

24 fvcking hours to file a missing report.? that's so messed up.

" Yes can you look for my wife please she haven't come home yet"

[" okay sir I'll try my best"]

"don't fvcking try stupid! You should do it and Im expecting good news or else" I threw my phone in the couch nearby.

I heard a ding. I quickly ran and forcefully opened my messages. Dang I thought it was her explaining she wants a ride. But no. It was her mom wala din daw siya doon. GREAT JUST GREAT! for I know wala siyang pupuntahang iba.

Months Later...

"D-dada" I walked towards my baby who's starting to walk already.

"Dada!" She giggled.

"Hi princess are you so excited to see dada huh?" I kissed her nose. She laughed again.

She was with her yaya. After Val left or should I say missing my mom recommended to get a yaya because she knows I can't take care of her alone.

Well yes meron naman diyan sila tita ang mine but mom's right they might be busy.Her name was Allie but I feel something weird about her. I wanted to fire her  because of my instincts but my daughter seems so comfortable with her already.

I sighed.

"Thanks Allie" Tumingin ako sakanya.

"Anytime Eli- sir" she smiled.

She's live in though she insisted so she can take much care of yanna.

"Uhm sir..." umpisa nya para mapatingin ako sakanya.

I was waiting for her to talk again.

"Uhm so Yanna's turning one the next day right? I'm wondering if I could plan her birthday"

Kumunot ang noo ko. Siya? Yaya lang naman siya ah ano ba sya para planuhin ang birthday nya.

"What do you mean? Her birthday is already planned" I turned my back towards her.
