I lingered anxiously waiting outside of the emergency room as the doctors and surgeons tries to bring back Max.
After two hours of grief crying and whimpering, the doctors and surgeons that tried helping Max finally came out of the emergency room.
"Doctors! How is Max? Is she okay? Is she alive?!" I asked while panicking.
"It is a miracle that she managed to live because she was directly hit on the head and suffered a concussion. However, despite managing to gain back her heartbeat, she is in a coma and her heartbeat may stop because of the amount of damage done to her brain. She may even suffer from amnesia when she wakes up." The doctor said and bowed then walked away as I immediately ran into the emergency room where Max is at.
"Maxie.. wake up soon okay? I'll call Mike and break up with him right now. Just wake up soon, babe. I can't lose you." I said while caressing Max's face as my tears kept rolling down uncontrollably and then I called Mike.
After a few minutes of calling...
"Mike, I have something to tell you."

"I think we should break up."
"What why? I made you sad again?"
