Chapter 9: Busy day

Just before the sun rises Techno and Dream where wake. There already had the full day planned. First just as the suns up, Dream was going to go out with a hunting party for food. Then Dream was going to help with the farm land for crops and last Dream was going to travel to other kingdoms to put up a protective shield to keep them safe from the monster. So yes, they had a very busy day.

As Dream was walking through the halls Techno was following close behind him. "Slow down" Techno told Dream trying to catch up. "I don't have time Techno. I'm running in a tight schedule" Dream told Techno never slowing his strides as he moved through the hall.

"Seriously smiles I know that but I'm sure you can slow down just a little" Techno said trying to keep up with Dream ever growing speed. "Your going to tire yourself out" he told Dream.

Dream sighed slowing his pace down slightly, only enough for Techno to catch up. "Thank you" Techno thanked as he fell into step with Dream. "You know you don't have to come with me" Dream told Techno. "I know but I want to" Techno replied.

They got the the stables "Ravens still here for you. I made sure he was looked after. So you don't need to worry" Techno told Dream as he entered Carl's stable and began to saddle him. Dream hummed "thanks" and he went to find Raven to saddle him.

Once they where both done and on there horses they began to make there way to the edge of the shield. When they got there they saw some soldiers waiting for them. "Sorry where late" Dream apologise ridding to the front of the group with Techno ridding next him. "Umm your majesty why are you here?" One of the soldiers spoke up looking at Techno. "Are you saying I shouldn't be here?" Techno asked. coldly crossing his arms.

"What?! Umm no that's not what i meant!" The soldier yelled. "I was told that this could be a suicide mission. A mission unfit for a prince" the soldier tried to explain himself. Techno stared at him making the soldier sweat. "Well I'm coming" Techno demanded making the soldier shrink in on himself. "Tech" Dream called from next to him. "I said you could come if you don't slow the schedule I have and now where running behind" Dream said coldly making Techno tense slightly. Okay don't get him wrong Techno, Technoblade the blood god does not get scared by anything, but one thing that absolute terrifies him is an angry or annoyed Dream.

"It's not my fault..." Techno mumbled under his breath. "Technoblade" Dream said lowly. If Techno was terrified before then now, now Techno was petrified. Dream just called him Technoblade. His full name. "Sorry" Techno mumbled quietly before falling silent.

"Now as where behind schedule where going to have to be fast" Dream told them turning his attention to the soldiers. "Right I want to move in diamond formation I'll be up front to clear the path of any of you spot a monster near you and don't know how to deal with it or what it is shout me and I'll be there as fast as I can to help" Dream commanded as he moved Raven so that he was facing the shield as the soldiers along with Techno got into place. "Let's try do this without any casualties" Dream shouted other he shoulder as he made Raven start to gallop the others following.

At first they saw no monsters but as they got farther away from the shielded area the more monsters that where seen. Luckily Dream got rid of them. As they went Dream was teaching the group how to deal with the different types of monsters they came across. Not letting them try to kill a monster unless he was sure they could kill it and live to tell then tale. All was going well as they avoided or killed monsters and killed animals to bring back. But unfortunately nothing seems to go well for long when Dream and Techno are involved.

"Endermen ten o'clock" one of them shouted from behind Dream. During the hunting Dream told them what some of the more dangerous monsters looked like so they knew which ones not to get into a fight with. Dream looked in the direction shouted to see an endermen.
