Mingming anxiously unfolded her paper and read out the name.

  "I'm fighting against... Ruby!"

  The class, "Huhn?"

  "Ruby? What?"

Teacher Haggz was surprised about our reaction, surprisingly. However, he wasn't curious to know why, just saying, "This is a competition of control and calculation skills. It may end faster than expected. Both girls must be prepared for this."

Ruby and Mingming nodded then took their positioning on both ends of the sparring ground.

Mingming looked to Zhaohu. The latter simply smirked and said, "Do your best."

"How sweet." As for myself, I was sure Ruby was going to win. Come to think about it. One was super fast, while the other teleported. Of course, the one who could teleport had the speed advantage, right?

"Let the game begin," Teacher Haggz said.

I retrieved the frightened Roy, once more, and Jessy and I took our aerial position, once again.

Roy said, "Milady, that force just now, what was it?"

"I don't know, buddy, but I think that's what happens when my teacher gets angry," I replied. It was done telepathically so not even Jessica noticed a thing.

When I looked behind me at Jessica, I noticed she was grinning widely.

  "What's it?" I asked.

Without taking her eyes of the field, she pointed below.

I quickly turned my eyes, right in time to see the silver arrays that were gathering around Mingming who was yet to make a move. Her silver hair greatly complemented the array. Ruby, on the other hand, who was thick in red curls over her head, had a form of red, light element around her that seemed to make the space around her unsteady.

Immediately, the two of them took a step.

  This is all I saw—

There was a straight silver light that got all the way to the middle of the field, exactly where Ruby then appeared out of nowhere from. Both girls seemed to have expected the other's moves. They both sent forth punches. Their fists struck. There was a large explosion. Both girls were sent flying with foam rolling down the side of their mouths. The end. They were unconscious.

  Teacher Haggz, "Ah!"

  Zhaohu face palmed in shame.

  The class, "...", then, "muhahahahahaha".

"Just what was this? I'm sure this was the quickest and craziest spar in the history of Gifted Cultivators," said Blackie.

Chang laughed and patted his shoulder. "I've got eagle eyes. You're lucky you didn't see what I saw. You'd puke, alright!"

Meanwhile, Xianxian had dashed over to Jaded's side. He held both arms and said, "You're demi-human! You're from _that_ clan, right?"

As he was speaking, Xianxian had already unleashed his pair of Dragon Wings for Jaded to see. He continued, "I'm only from the side family and my wings carry no aura. With the strength of your aura, if I'm not mistaking, you're actually the Young Master of our Dalong Clan! Sorry I'm just recognising you, Your Majesty!"

Xianxian began to kowtow. Before Jaded could stop him, he asked, "Why didn't you use all your abilities in the fight with Xueyi? Her Innate Poison is definitely unable to—"

"Silence!" Jaded shouted. He had already been fuming with rage when his identity was exposed. It's just that Xianxian was too excited to notice.

Xueyi who had healed her injury with the help of  Lingxi could not help but look at Jaded at a different light.

Toby smiled proudly and wanted to say something that would have been most definitely a brag, had not he met with Teacher Haggz's eyes. The man shook his head, and I wondered why. Actually, I noticed even Eagle Eyes Chang had seen it. He noticed me too, and we both shrugged shoulders.
