"Oh shit. Shit. Shit. Shit. Shit. Shit!" Dustin was walking around in circles.
Max looked at El and Mike, who both seemed like they had been crying. "Oh my lord. Are y'all...alright?"
Dustin frowned. "We don't have time for the relationship problems. Steve, Robin, Nancy, and Jonathan are gonna die!"
Lucas grabbed some weapons. "Alright, so we have to go outside and attack the monsters, so Will can sneak these guns to Steve and them."
Mike looked at Lucas. "Are you crazy? Isn't it dangerous?"
Dusting rolled his eyes. "Its either we risk our lives in order to help them, so they can help us, or die here, hiding like cowards."
Mike looked at everyone. "Are y'all actually serious? El, you have to be on my side, right?"
He looked at El, while she was tying up her hair. "I'm not a coward, Mike. I'm not gonna hide. I'm gonna fight."
Mike looked at El in shock while Max gave her a high-five. Just then, they heard the demodogs pound themselves against the door.
"Its now or never." Dustin told everyone, as they all nodded at each other, and took charge.
Nancy and Jonathan saw the demodogs swarm like bees into the backyard.
"What the hell is happening?" Nancy was worried for Mike and the others.
"I don't know, but look." Jonathan pointed at another car coming in the driveway. Steve's car.
"What is Steve doing here?" Nancy and Jonathan both shared a confused look.
They decided it was no matter, but they knew they had to help their siblings, which were stuck at the moment.
Just then, the kids came out, all with weapons except El, who was using her powers.
Jonathan was shocked on how good Will could shoot. His aim was almost perfect.
"It seems like my brother and you have the same gift." Jonathan said. They saw the kids fight the monsters.
Soon, Will knocked on the car door. Jonathan opened it, and was about to hug him, before Will pushed him away.
"Not now, we have more important things to do." Will handed Nancy a gun, and Jonathan had a flamethrower.
"Go and help them. I need to get these to Steve and Robin." The way Will said that, it made Jonathan feel proud. His brother was amazing.
"Alright, I'll come with you. Be careful Nancy." Jonathan gave Will a pat in the back before following him and leaving Nancy.
Meanwhile, Melissa was shocked.
"So this is what you meant when you said your friend group was 'different'?" Melissa looked at the monsters. She didn't know if she was dreaming or not, this couldn't be real.
Steve rolled his eyes. "Look, we have to see if we can find my bat. It has to be somewhere inside the trunk, but we cant get out."
Just then, Will and Jonathan came closer to Steve's car. As Jonathan tried to kill the demodogs outside, Will gave Robin, Melissa, and Steve a weapon.
"I need my bat." Steve said, giving Will the gun back before opening the trunk and getting his bat. " Come to daddy." Steve said, hugging his bat before swinging it and fighting besides Robin.
Melissa was besides Will. "So this is what you do on your free time." She said, while swinging a regular bat. Turns out it was useful being in the softball team.
"I thought they were dead." Will said, shooting a demodog at his head.
"Oh shit Byers, I never thought you would be the person to use a gun. I always thought you were quiet." Melissa softly laughed, impressed by the boy. Just then, she shrieked in pain as a demodog scratched her leg. It was bleeding furiously.
Even though she seemed to be in pain, Mel had more pressing matters. "How is Jane..." She said, as she saw El lift up a demodog and rip it in half.
"Her name is actually Eleven. We call her El, i guess you can too. Are you sure you're alright?" Will asked, noticing that whenever Melissa moved, she seemed to limp.
Max and Mike, Melissa and Will, Steve and Jonathan, Robin and Nancy, Dustin and Lucas. Those were the groups.
And then there was El. She fought alone, feeling without the need of a companion to protect her.
But no matter what, the demodogs seemed to multiply, instead of decreasing. They were coming towards them, but why? There was only one explanation: the Mind Flayer. It wanted El dead, or it could want Will.
But it had to be that. What else could it be?
Soon, everyone begin to separate. A huge mistake.
El was getting tired. Her nose and ears were bleeding nonstop, and a few drops of blood escaped her mouth. Something which was new to her.
But she had to keep going. Not only for herself, but for her friends. She was their only hope of survival.
Everyone was tired. The fighting took them nowhere, they weren't winning nor losing. They were still right where they stared, except they were tired. That's what whoever was doing this wanted. It wanted them helpless, and weak, in order to attack.
Just then, a black van appeared from the woods. It seemed familiar to Nancy, until she realized. It was a government vehicle. It couldn't be good.
A familiar figure got out of the van, brushing his fingers through his white hair and readying his suit.
Everyone looked at the man, who whistled, causing the demodogs to sit. Mike, Lucas, Dustin, and El were shocked. Especially El.
"Hello, children. Miss me?" The guy smirked at the kids, feeling the overpower.
"Papa." Eleven whispered under her breath.
What does Papa want? Also after seeing Vol. 2, I really hope he's dead this time. What do y'all guys think. (I think he might pull a Loki on us).
