Chapter 4- Hi Renesm--err, Nessie

Hey guys. Sorry for the long wait. I've been so busy lately, with homework and everything. So this chapter may be short but keep reading because exciting things are gonna happen. Hope you all like. -E

Renesmee POV

I've been in this kitchen for such a long time now. But it was okay. I knew what was going on. I had to say in here while mom and dad talked to grandma Renee. Dad came and explained everything. We had to lie to her for now. She couldn't know about me, well the real me at least. She couldn't know about my power or my real name. Instead my nickname, Nessie, would be my name.

I heard so much about her from mom and grandpa Charlie. I had wanted to meet her for a while now, but I didn't say anything. I just wondered what she was like. Also I just wanted see and spend time with my other grandma.

I sighed. This would all be so much easier better if grandma knew the truth. I hate lying. Whenever I did I would always feel bad after and then have to tell the truth.

I was sitting on the island watching the TV. Love it or List it Vancouver was on! I loved this show! Grandma Esme introduced me to it on day in the main house. It was a house Renovation show. Grandma loves designing houses so the show was perfect for her. I'm starting to like designing too.

I heard talking outside. Soon mom called me out, "Nessie, come meet grandma".

I have been waiting so long. Finally! I was so excited. Finally meeting my gramdma. I hopped off the counter and hurried to turn off the T.V. I walked to the door and took a deep breathe.

'Okay, I can do this. Let's go meet grandma', I thought and took one more breathe.

I walked slowly to the living room. I saw mom and dad and Grandma. I smiled at them. I went and stood beside dad.

"Mom, this is our daughter, Nessie", mom introduced me. She hugged my dad.

She came over to me and smiled. "You look so much like Bella", she said.

"You have her eyes", she mused. I had to do something to change the subject.

"Hi", I said quietly. "I can finally meet my grandma".

She looked like she was about to cry.

"I finally get to meet you too, my granddaughter. I love you so much", she hugged me tight.

I felt so elated. So wonderful. I finally know my second grandmother. I wondered how long she would stay and where..

"Grandma? Are you going to be here long. Where will you stay?! Can you stay with us!", I gushed out.

"Oh. I don't even know."

"Mom, you are welcome to stay as long as you wish." Mommy told her. She smiled.

We then talked and got to know one other. I loved my grandma so much!

"Mom, it's actually Nessie's birthday today. She just turned 15", mom let her know.

"Oh yes that's right! Charlie mentioned it was someone's birthday. But I completely forgot. I am so sorry Nessie. Happy birthday" she said. I just laughed. It was fine. I can spend my birthday with her.

"It's okay grandma. Thank you", I replied.

"So do you have any birthday plans?" Grandma asked. I smiled.

"Yes! We are going to see grandpa Charlie then go main house to visit the rest of the family and later I'm going out with Jacob". I blushed at the last part. Jake had a special surprise for me. I wondered what is was. I hate surprises. Just like my mom. Dad smiled.

'Do you know what jake planned?' I wondered. He nodded.

'Tell me please! It's not fair' I thought frustrated. He just chuckled lightly and shook his head no.

"Hmm.. Jacob Black?" She was trying to think. "Isn't he a bit old for you", she wondered.

Oh no. How would we tell her that. I messed up. "It's okay. Don't worry", dad murmured low so that only we could hear and not Renée.

Dad was right. The next thing we knew, the doorbell rang. I wondered who is was. Jake was busy with the pack.. So..

Dad went to get it, even though we knew he knew who it was.

Alice suddenly came running in. Of coarse. We all looked at her.

"Alice!" Renée jumped up.

"Renée! Hi! Its so nice to see you! When did you get here?!", she acted surprised.

"Just this morning. How are you", she asked.

Alice and grandma talked for a bit. I wondered when they met.

"Your mother and I's wedding" dad smiled.

Ohh that made sense. Of coarse.

After a few more minutes Alice jumped up and pulled my from the couch. "Guess what birthday girl!" She laughed.

I wondered what she was so happy about and what she planned. But this was Alice so we could be flying to Hong Kong for all I know. Dad just laughed.

"We are all going shopping! All of us girls!" She exclaimed. I was so happy and excited! I loved going shopping! It was so fun! Alice was the best!

"Yay!! When do we go?!" I wondered.

"Now! Ness go get ready!" She laughed.

I was so excited. I felt so good. This was the best birthday! I hurried up the stairs laughing. I got to my room and ran straight to the shower. I got out and hurried to my closet. It was almost the size of my room. It was filled with clothes. Almost over full. After 5 minutes of deciding I finally chose a dark pair of jeans with a simple white button up shirt with black sunglasses. I put on some bangles and left my hair out but slightly twisted the sides and pinned it in the back. I grabbed my black purse and beige flats. I was ready to go. I headed downstairs.

"Nice choice Nessie." Alice said agreeing with my outfit choice.

"Thank you", I replied. I did like this outfit. Mom, dad and grandma complimented me also.

"Okay. Are we ready girls?!" Aunt Alice squealed.

We all laughed. "Yes". We all said in together. I hugged dad and mom kisses him before we left heading to the mall.

A/N: omg! That was my fave chapter to write. Sorry it took so long. I was really busy this week. But I've decided to try and update every Friday Friday and/ or Saturday.
