Edward P.O.V

I was amazed on how my beautiful wife handled that. Renée smelled just like how Bella smelled as a human. I was so proud of her. And also Renesmee. I know she was having a hard time lying to her grandmother, but it all worked out in the end.

I'm glad Bella didn't decide to tell her the truth. It would be easier yes, but Renée wasn't like Charlie.

Anyway I decided to tell the rest of the family what was going on. Maybe Alice already had, but oh well. I would tell them the details.

I bet Rose was happy that we didn't tell her. She was furious when we told Charlie. Jasper couldn't calm her down, so Emmett tried. They left for a few days then returned.

I headed over to the main house since everyone left here. I haven't been here in a bit. Bella, Renesmee and I have been together as a family and visit sometimes.

I arrived in under one minute. One of the good perks of being a vampire, our speed.

I walked in. Emmett gave me a huge bear hug. "Eddie! Good to see you bro!" His voice boomed in the house.

"Ah, good to see you too Emmett. Did all Esme and Rosalie leave already?" I wondered.

"Ya. They went to meet the rest of them at the mall. They left us in charge of decorating" he sighed.

Great. We had to decorate this place properly or Alice would hurt us all. We both headed upstairs and saw Jasper hanging streamers. I had to admit, they were actually good. Pink and blue.

"Carlise is at the hospital. But he'll be back before the party starts", Jasper mentioned.

"Did Alice tell you guys what happened?" I asked them as I started setting the tables up.

"Yes. I'm glad you guys didn't tell her. Rose would act up again and I wouldn't be able to control her", Jasper replied.

We finished the house in less than an hour. It was fun. We took a bit longer because Emmett kept popping the balloons every time he tried putting it up. Good thing Alice bought so much. She probably seen this coming.

Next we had to pick up the food. It smelled so bad. Emmett almost dropped the cake but luckily Jasper was close enough to catch it. Esme would have killed him. She baked and decorated it. We got some pizza, chips, cookies and some drinks.. The normal human party food items. We had to pick up enough because the whole pack was coming over.

I hoped everyone liked the decorations and everything. Especially Nessie. It was her party and her opinion was all that mattered.
