Chapter 7- Tired of waiting

A/N: This is gonna be in Jacob's pov, it might be short cuz I need to get back to Renesmee and see how she reacts to her party.

Jacob P.O.V

I was so tired. I was out patrolling all night with Embry and I had to get up early today. But I didn't mind really. It was Renesmee's 15th birthday..well actually 5th since she was only living for 5 years. Only 2 more years until she would stop growing..

I was in La Push all morning. I was busy gathering everyone and arranging the cars and getting gifts.

Paul, Embry, Sam, and dad rode with me in the rabbit

Jared took Emily. Quil, Leah (I was surprised she even came.) and Seth.

I rushed everyone. They were all taking their time, especially dad.

I didn't want to be a second late for my Nessie's party. I needed to be on time. I wanted to see her facial expression when she see's the party, her friends and family.. Me. I just couldn't be late.

I pictured us late, she comes down the stairs to her lovely party. Then she searches the room for me.. I'm not there. Tears start coming out of her perfect eyes.. I snapped back into reality.

"Hurry up would ya?!" I yelled in dad's house. All the guys were getting ready.

"Shut up Jacob. We're not gonna be late for this party" Paul shouted back from in the car and hit me in the back of my head.

"Hold on man! Jheeze! We're wheeling him out!" Embry yelled out.

Sam were helping dad out of the house. Embry came out eating a muffin. Typical.

They finally reached the car when my phone vibrated.

Jared. "What Jared", I started. I wasn't in the mood to talk right now. I needed to get to the Cullens'

and be there for my Nessie.

"Bro chill. Just letting you know we're here. Just pulled up" he replied.

I was angry now. How does Jared and the rest of them get to Nessie's party before me?!

"Dude.. Hello?" Jared asked.

"Whatever we're almost there." With that I hung up on him.

Thankfully when I finished everyone was buckled up in the car ready to go. Great.

"Okay let's go" I said particularly to nobody, started the engine and drove away from La Push.
