Chapter 10- Promise

Renesmee P.O.V

"Would you guys hurry up, PLEASE!" I heard Alice's voice in the darkness. Jake and I quickened our pace a bit.

We finally made it to the house. In an instant I was torn away from Jake and bought to the living room. I was sat down on the couch. 'Impatient Alice..', I thought to myself.

Everyone was gathered around me. A fairly large pile of gifts were pilled on the coffee table in front of me.

"This one's from Jazz and I", Alice came and handed me a gift bag. I immediately tore away the baby pink wrapping paper. I pulled out a fancy pink handbag. Channel.

It was so pretty. I would use it a lot. I pulled out a second item. A really nice lace dress.

"Thank you so much aunt Alice and uncle Jasper!" I got up to hug them.

"You're very welcome Renesmee", Jasper said.

"Of coarse. Anything for you, Renesmee" , Alice chimed happily.

Next was Grandma Renee and Charlie's gift to me. I guess mom or dad brought him here.

Inside the box was a pretty purple sweater dress. My first sweater dress. I adored it.

There was also a pandora bracelet. It was very nice.

Dad was taking pictures of me with the gifts and me hugging everyone.

So far I got the dress and purse from Jasper and Alice, the bracelet and dress from grandpa and grandma, a scarf from Sam and Emily, a new Nikon camera from Seth and Leah, A wolf stuffed animal from Quil, Paul, Embry and Billy. Only Jake and Rosalie & Emmett left.

Next was a gift from Rosalie and Emmett. I was handed a card.

I read it out loud.

"Renesmee,

Hope you enjoy this gift and like it. I love you and happy 15th birthday.

The bottom half was Emmett's part. The writing wasn't as elegant as Roaslie's.

"Squirt,

I wanted to get you a better cooler looking one.. But no, Rose HAD to get this chick thing. Well, if you don't like it, I could get you the other one. And beware.. This is half of my gift to you. The other part.. Well you will find out right.. Now!

I was confused. What was he talking about. I looked at him with confused eyes. Next thing I knew, he pulled out a water gun that looked unbelievably tiny in his giant hands..

"Happy birthday squirt", he laughed and aimed it right at me.

Before I could get up and move he pulled the trigger.

The water went all over my face. "Emmett!" I screamed. I went for him. He quickly moved and sprayed me more as I ran to him. I was now completely soaked. My hair was dripping and my dress was wet. I bet my makeup was all over my face.
