Like this the whole day passed. At night as usual noone was ready to go home so doodle forcefully send them home bcz twinkle was not well and kunj, nik and roshni were very busy whole day so they were very tired.
Next day, In Twinj room;
Twinj were sleeping peacefully in each other arms. Twinkle was almost sleeping on kunj. Her head was on his chest, hands on waist and one leg on his legs. Kunj was also holding her properly.

Kunj's sleep breaks due to ringing of alarm. He first switches it off then looks at twinkle who was sleeping comfortably in his arms. He smiles and pecks her forehead then looks at clock.
K- oh shit itna time ho gya. We have to get ready fast. Ishaan ke uthne se phle hospital pahunchna pdega wrna wo ro-ro ke pura hospital sar pe utha lega. (pats twinkle cheeks slowly) twinkle uth time bhut ho gya h hme hospital jana h. (but she doesnt give any response. He tries some more time still she was sleeping. He thinks something and smirks) Ab dekhta hu kse nhi uthegi tu.
He flips their position so now he was completely on her. He first removes her hairs from her face and kisses her both eyes then kisses her both cheeks with sucking them slowly then he looks at her lips and rubs them with his thumb sensually. Twinkle slightly moves in her sleep but didnt get up. He smirks seeing his effect on her then he bends down and takes her both lips in his mouth and starts sucking them. Twinkle moans in her sleep. His hand went on her upper part. At first he slowly caress them then suddenly he press them hard alongwith biting her lips slowly making her open her eyes.
K(smirks)- so finally miss sleeping beauty uth gyi.
T(punches his chest slowly)- u idiot what were u doing haan.
K(innocently)- are what me to bs tujhe jaga rha tha.
T- aise romance krke subh subh.
K- haan to u only told me na ki mujhe tujhe pyaar se jgana chahiye so i was just doing that only. (thnks @ishika_143_ for this idea (wink))
T- tum khudko jyada smart nhi smjhte kunj sarna.
K- i m born smart mrs sarna. Now if u dont want me to continue this get up fast or else i wont mind doing something more. (his hands slowly goes towards her stomach and further down but twinkle pushes him and runs in the washroom making him chuckle then he also went in another washroom to get ready)
After getting ready and doing breakfast they all went to the hospital.
Nik(excitedly)- ok guys i will meet u later. For now i have an appointment.
All looks at him weirdly.
K- abe oye patient hi to dekhne jaa rha h isme itna excited hone wali konsi baat h.
