2 hours passed and now with passing each second twinkle's hand starts paining. She was not feeling well also. Ishaan was sleeping bcz of medicine effects. She firstly ignores her pain as She thought it will be fine soon but now it has become unbearable. So she decides to tell kunj about it. She calls him but his phone was switch off. She goes outside the room with holding her hand and goes towards lisa.

T(in pain)- where is kunj?

Lisa firstly looking at her become angry but after seeing her in so much pain smirks.

L(thinks)- woww ab maza chakhati hu ise. Mujhe punish krwaya na isne kunj sir se aur subh kse unki arms me lipti hui thi. Ab to kunj sir bhi 2 hrs tk OT se bahar nhi aayenge to ab ise itne pain me hi rhna pdega tch tch tch bichari. (to twinkle) and why should i tell u about him?

Lisa becomes scared but she didnt want to lose. As she was about to say something to twinkle they hear a voice.

Voice- What the hell is happening here?

They turns around and sees doodle was standing there (hehe not kunj). He looks at twinkle and after seeing her condition he becomes so much shocked and immidiately comes towards her. (he dosnt know about her vaccination) 

D(tensed)- twinkle what happen to u? Why u r looking so pale?

Twinkle on seeing him couldnt control herself anymore and crashes in his arms and starts crying.

T(crying)- bhaiya it is pa..paining so much.

D(rubs her back)- what happen twinkle what is paining tell me?

T- my ha..hand.

D- hand ok let me see it.

Doodle breaks the hug and upwards her sleeves. That injected part was swelled. He lightly touches it but twinkle badly hisses in pain so he immidiately removes his hand.

D(confused)- why this part is so much swelled? Twinkle have u hurt ur hand by something.

T(nods in no)- no i m not hurt. Rajat bhaiya gave me injection here but bhaiya it is paining badly pls do something.

D- injection but why?

T- i dont know. He said it was important and kunj also agreed to him thats why he gave me. U know i cried so much but they didnt listen.

Doodle smiles listening her complaints. He takes her to a nearby chair and makes her sit there.

D- u sit here. (to nurse) bring an ice pack fast. (she nods and left to bring it and give it to him. He puts it on injection site. Twinkle whimpers in pain.)
