Twinkle was showing all the things which she have bought for ishaan and ishaan was so much happy too. Both were eating chocolates and having fun. But to disturb their little cute fun moments kunj with rajat comes there.

Ra- yeh dekho bhaisaab abhi bhi chocolates kha rhe hain. Ishaan beta tujhe jara bhi dar nhi h na ki agr tri isse jyada tbiyt khrab hui toh what worst consequences u will have to face haan.

Twinkle and ishaan looks at them and ishaan immidiately leaves chocolates from his hands.

K- ahaan rajat its ok they r healthy one. They wont effect his health. I myself choosed them as i knew these both cant stay away from chocolates. Inhe 2 din me hi pura box khtm kr dena h. Isliye me ye laya. Khate bhi rhe kitni bhi atleast mujhe tension nhi rhegi.

Ra- ohh thats great then but abhi jis kaam ke liye aaye hain wo kr lein bcz i m getting late for a surgery fir baad me ishaan u can continue ur chocolates noone gonna stop u ok.

Kunj nods while Twinkle confusingly looks at them.

T- what work?

K- ishaan bchcha come here.....(ishaan looks at twinkle)

T- kunj whats wrong?

K- twinkle nothing is wrong infact we r here to make things right. Ishaan ka next dose today i told u na.

Twinkle widens her eyes while ishaan becomes so much scared and nods in no hiding behind twinkle.

Twinkle was about to say something but kunj signals her to shut up. He comes towards them and sits on his knees.

K(spreading his hands)- ishaan chachu ka bchcha h na come here.

Is(nods in no clutching twinkle's dupatta)- no u will give me injection...(teary eyes) wo dukhta h bohot. I wont come.

K- jaan i knw wo thoda dukhta h lekin important bhi toh h na. Come here bchcha see chachu bhi toh h na ab yahan. Aaja mre bchche kuchh nhi hoga trust me.

Is(crying)- no chachu plss na...(kunj sighs and gets up knowing his softness wont work. He will have to take him forcefully so he goes towards him but ishaan screams and tries to not to come in kunj's hand by hiding behind twinkle) no no chachu nhi....chachi pls u say na pls nhi lena injection.....(he starts crying more)

T(hugging ishaan)- kunj rhne do na dekho kitna ro rha h. Bhaiya aap bhi toh busy ho na aaj kl de dena na pls. I promise me and he both wont stop u lekin aaj leave him pls.

Ra- twinkle trust me agr me 1 week tk bhi ruk jaun na toh bhi when i will inject him na ye same scene hi rhega. Iske nakhre aise hi rhne wale h.

T- but bhaiya he is crying so much.

Ra- bcz he knws u r here to support him. He knws u will melt seeing his tears isliye he is trying to escape. So pls u go out then me and kunj will handle him.

K- twinkle rajat is r8 u go out. Ye tujhe yahan dekhke jyada drame kr rha h.

T- kunj u knw he is scared.

K(sternly)- i knw and i will handle him. Out now.

Is(hugging her more tightly)- no chachi plsss dont go......

T(pleading eyes)- kunj....

K- TWINKLE I SAID GET OUT R8 NOW.
