Girlfriend

"Hey..." Napatakip ako ng unan sa mukha ko dahil may gumigising saken but I feel so sleepy pa.

"Sleepyhead hey wake up..." I heard Kevin's voice again. Tinabunan ko ng kumot ang sarili ko. I'm really sleepy and I love my bed too much. It's really hard to say goodbye to my bed.

"I'm sleepy Kev..." I told him and I hug my pillow more. I heard him chuckle.

"Okay then, sleep all you want. You like sleeping more than swimming then okay, see you after three days." He said and I heard his footsteps at agad akong bumalikwas. Damn he's leaving me? No way!

"Fine! Ugh maliligo lang ako" i said at pumunta na sa banyo. After taking a bath and everything ay bumaba na ko to eat breakfast then Kev called me up na aalis na kame kaya nilagay na naman ang mga gamit sa kotse at umalis na.

"Where are we going by the way?" I asked him while checking my twitter account. I made a new one. Kase nga d'ba may dad doesn't want me to use my old accounts.

"Batangas." Woah. Beach resorts in Batangas are cool. Lalo akong na-excite. Too bad Aly can't come. My classes daw kase siya sa Monday so bawi nalang daw siya next time. I checked my twitter account and follow some people I know except for my friends at Westbridge.

I checked Josiah's account at naka-private na yung account niya. He really looks so good at his icon. I looked at his header and it was a picture of a girl sitting right next to him while looking at him while Jos is looking at his phone. To be honest, they look cute together. Walang halong bitterness but they really are cute together. Is she Josiah's new girlfriend?

I tweeted that and it is my first tweet. Few minutes later ay dumami ang notifs ko. I checked it and it was some of my schoolmates from Westbridge. It was tweets about kamusta na daw ako. Finally nagparamdam na daw ako. They ask me bout my whereabouts and everything.

That was my last tweet before I decided to sign out. Some are asking me kung hindi na kame nagkausap ni Jos. Malamang hindi na. Wala na kong naririnig about him since I left. I sighed.

"You okay?" I looked at Kev and pasulyap-sulyap siya saken at sa daan. He's driving. I just nod and give him a small smile.

"I know something's bothering you... Go on take a nap so you won't be bothered." He said pero umiling ako. That's too rude. Nagda-drive siya at kung matutulog ako baka antukin din siya.

"No. You're driving, I don't wanna be rude." I said at tumingin nalang sa labas. Matagal pa ang byahe pero nae-enjoy ko naman kase I love watching the view outside.

"Den, hey wake up..." Minulat ko ang mata ko at bumungad ang mukha ni Kevin. Lumayo siya at may inabot saken.

"Uh sorry nakatulog pala ako" sabi ko habang napakamot pa ng bahagya sa ulo. Ang epic ko naman.

"Eat that up, 1 hour pa before we reach Batangas" he said at inabot saken ang isang paper bag habang nagsisimula na siyang mag-drive. May laman na 2 cheeseburger, isang large fries at dalawang mineral water yung paperbag so nagstart na ko kumain.

"Kumain ka na ba?" Tanong ko sa kanya.

"Not yet" he said kaya tinanggal ko yung balat nung isang cheeseburger para sa kanya. Then binigay ko sa kanya.

"I'll eat that later Den, I'm driving..." He said at tama siya. Mahirap na kase nasa highway pa naman kame. Ah! Bright idea!

"Subuan nalang kita, say aaah!" Sabi ko habang tinatapat sa bibig niya yung burger. Natawa siya kaya natawa din ako.

"Den you don't need to do that, I'll eat that la-" i cut him off.

"No, you've been driving for 2 hours at kanina pa tayo kumain lampas lunch na so go on, say aaah na" he chuckles at wala ng nagawa kundi isubo yung burger. Sinusubuan ko rin siya ng fries at tinutulungang uminom ng tubig. Cheesy naman namen today. I suddenly remember what happened last night. I found a true friend in this man, I'm lucky.

"We're here..." Tumigil na ang kotse at bumaba na kame. The beach resort is really breathtaking. May infinity pool then sa gitna nung pool may mini bar. Basta the beach resort is amazing, I'm amazed. Pumunta na kame sa hotel para ilagay ang mga gamit namen.

"What? Miss, it's wrong. I asked for 3 room reservations. How come na it's only 2 rooms?" Kausap ngayon ni Kevin ang attendant sa hotel lobby.

"Sorry Sir, na-mali po ata. Two rooms lang po, yung isang room po three beds and yung isa pa pong room, two beds. Occupied na po yung ibang rooms Sir." Huminga ako ng malalim at tumabi kay Kevin.

"Sige Miss, okay na yon. Thank you" sabi ko then kinuha ko na yung susi ng room at hinarap si Kevin. He looks confused. Three rooms ang pina-reserve niya kase nga hindi kame nagsasama sa isang kwarto sa bahay d'ba? Yung isang room para sa friends ni Kevin na darating.

"It's okay Kev. Two beds naman yung room, I understand." Sabi ko habang naglalakad na kame papunta sa room namen. Ng makarating kame sa room, it looks so comfy in here. May bathroom na dito sa room and everything. Wow, it's so nice in here.

"Sa resto na tayo kakain, be ready." Sabi ni Kevin paglabas niya ng bathroom. Naka-grey board shorts siya at white vneck shirt siya and beach slippers. He's also wearing his shades, woah. I admit, he looks so attractive. Nagpaalam na siya saken na hihintayin niya nalang ako sa lobby. Pumasok na ko sa banyo at nagpalit ng swimsuit from vs. Black and white swimsuit and white coverup na may butas-butas. See-through haha. And my white beach slippers then I go out na.

Nakita ko agad si Kevin na may kasamang two boys and one girl. Dahan-dahan akong tumabi kay Kevin at napa-tingin silang lahat saken.

"Woah pare! May chic ka agad ha tindi mo talaga!" Sabi nung isang lalake na yes, gwapo. Pare-pareho naman sila.

"Uh, she's Denise...my wi- I mean my girlfriend."

Anong nafi-feel niyo kay Kevin at Denise guys? Suma-something na ba? Hahaha. Abangan niyo ang mga pasabog guys ;)
