Stephanie's eyes were wide with shock while my ears were just ringing.

Sitting at home and playing back the incident from earlier today in my head I couldn't seem to wrap my head around it. Did she not remember I was there? Or was it a front just so I could hear it? Did Aiyanna actually like me?

"Ughhh." I groaned really loudly.

"What's the problem now." Courtney asked sparing me a glance.

"It's j-" I was interrupted by a knock at the front door.

I and Courtney exchanged looks . "Expecting someone?" I asked and she shook her head.

"Me neither." I stood up from the couch and went over to see who was at the door. We needed to get a peephole seriously.

I flung the door wide open and on the other side Stood Aiyanna. A bouquet of mixed flowers in one hand and three drinks in the other. She smiled and I gave her a questioning look back.

What was she doing here?

She handed me the bouquet and the drinks. It was two caramel lattes and a match drink. I couldn't stop the smile that formed on my face.

She had remembered.

"21 questions?" She asked.

"Aiya you can't just show up with a bouquet of flowers and some drinks and think that everything is good in the hood."

"I don't. I didn't get you those so things would be good I just saw the flowers and thought of you and I went it to Starbucks to get something for my mum so I thought why not. I'm really going to try this time so just answer me."

I sighed. "sure, shoot."

"What's your ideal first date?"

"A movie date I suppose even though people seem to hate it so much."

"What's your favorite color?"

"Black to wear. pink, white and brown to look at ."

"That's a lot of favorite colors."

"I know."

"Favorite flower?"

"Daisy's."

"One place you want to travel to before you die?

"Lesbos, Greece."

"Same."

"You stole my lingo."

"You rubbed off on me."

"That sounds better."

"The night you brought me that pink drink at home did you see Sam and I together."
