Ace managed to follow Betsy till he saw her sat on a bench alone, she was leant forward with her head in her hands.

Sighing slightly he slowly walked over and sat beside her. She looked up at him and quickly wiped her cheeks, leaning back as she refused to face him.

"What do you want Ace?" She snapped at him. "Go back to your new girlfriend."

"Well your new boyfriend wanted to talk to her so I'm checking you're okay." He tried not to snap back.

"Since when have you ever checked if I was okay?" She scoffed out.

Ace shrugged slightly. "Since Luna taught me what to do when a girl is upset."

Betsy stared up at him blankly. "Which is?"

"Hug them, tell them it's going to be okay and help fix their problem."

Betsy continued to stare at him. "You're actually gonna do that?"

Ace shrugged. "Not gonna hug you till you tell me to, not nice to touch a girl without her permission."

Betsy continued to stare, what the hell had Luna done to him?!

"You can hug me Ace." She whispered as he slid close to her.

His arms wrapped around her as she leant against him.

"What's the problem?" He asked as he leant back on the bench, feeling her try to snuggle into his chest.

"You're dating her. Of all people, why her?" She asked as she tried to fiddle about with his shirt.

Ace shrugged. "You broke up with me remember? And now you're all happy with him."

Betsy shook her head against Ace's chest. "It's fake."

Ace pulled himself away from the hug as he pushed her off slightly.

"It's what?"

Betsy nodded slowly as she sighed. "We're only faking it to make you two come back to us."

Ace was speechless. Theodore and Betsy were doing the exact same as what him and Luna were doing.

"I'm still single don't worry." Betsy mumbled as she tried to lean closer to him.

Ace was still in somewhat shock.

"Ace..." Betsy whispered his name as she leant even closer, placing her hand on his chest.

Ace quickly realised what was happening as he stood up and shook his head.

"No no no you wanted faithful, this is faithful."

"I wanted faithful to me! Not another girl!" She snapped back.

"You wanted faithful, this is faithful." Ace repeated as he stared down at her.

"You can't tell me you're actually staying faithful to her?!" Betsy snapped as she stood up and faced him. "You've been dating a day and with me you'd already cheated at that point!"

Ace shook his head. "You were the one that wanted me to change, I changed."

He quickly turned and began walking back to the diner, a smile on his face as he knew Betsy wanted him back already. Not even a full day and she always wanted him back.

"Since when have you been interested in guys like him anyway?" Theodore asked her as he stared at her blankly.

Luna shrugged. "He's different from what people see."

"He's the exact same as me, just from a shittier part of town!"
