"So you're just not going to introduce us to the boy who has been sucking on my daughters chest like he's some sort of vampire?" Karen yelled at you
As soon as you got home from school Karen took one glance at your chest and reeked havoc on everything
"You are going to call that boy and his parents and invite them to dinner. We are going to sit down and discuss with each other as to why you two think it's so cute to suck on each other's skin. You and that boy are probably doing God knows what when we aren't aware. Under my roof too, I bet you haven't even washed your sheets after laying with him." Karen rants with a disgusted look on her face
"His name is Eddie. Eddie isn't fortunate enough to have parents but he has one hell of an uncle that I love to death. You can't be a hypocrite about my relationship with Eddie when everyone in Hawkins knows how you tried to seduce Billy. You know, I will invite Eddie and Wayne to dinner tonight so they can see the type of 'family' that I have." You shout
"I expect them here at 7:00 Valerie Mae Wheeler!"
You storm off and run into your room. You grab your phone and dial Eddie's house number.
It rang three times before he picked up.
"This is the Munson men trailer, why the hell are you calling?" Eddie said in an annoyed tone
"Eddie, it's Valerie. Is this a bad time?" You asked while twirling the phone cord with your finger
"It's never a bad time for you, Vallie. How can I be of service my sweet." Eddie said
"My parents want you and uncle Wayne to come to dinner tonight." You say nervously
"Uncle, do you want to have dinner at Wheelers?" Eddie shouted
"What time?" Wayne yells back
"What time?" Eddie asked politely
"7:00." You say
"7:00!" Eddie shouted to Wayne
"Count us in." Wayne yells
"Count us in baby." Eddie said
"Eddie, I'm nervous for tonight. I don't have a good feeling about this." You say while gripping the phone tightly
"Hey, princess, it's okay. I'll be there for you tonight, okay? If shit hits the fan you know we'd be more than okay with you coming with us. You know uncle Wayne loves having you around." Eddie says
"My mother has been in a shit mood ever since since I got home from school. I know she's going to be brutal towards you guys tonight." I say
"Hey, I'm Eddie 'The Freak' Munson. There isn't much she can say to me that I haven't already heard. Wayne is a grown man. He can take a few insults from a mom." Eddie said
"God, I wish I could change their minds about you." You say while laying back on your bed
"You can, it may take time but it can be done." He said
"I can't wait to see you." You blurt out. You slap your hand to your forehead and squeeze your eyes shut
"I can't wait to see you either, I miss you. I miss the feeling of your skin on mine" Eddie said
"Valerie Wheeler!" You heard from downstairs
"Eddie, I gotta go. I'll see you in a couple of hours?" You say
