"After we get these artifacts and trade them in for money, I'm going to have all the hottest women by my side. What woman could not resist a man with a lot of money?" Overhearing one of the bad guys talking. I roll my eyes after listening to that. Hopefully, that's not the real reason why they are stealing from a museum.
All five of us watch among the trees waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike. Agent Graves, Agent Indigo, Agent Clandestine, and I are ready to fight right now, while Agent Seni is worried. I stay by her side letting her know that everything will be okay. Even though I'm dealing with my mental issues, I still have to be strong for this mission and my teammates. Plus, enemies can easily sense weakness and fear.
"I feel like something is wrong here..." one of the enemies says.
"What are you talking about?" The other bad man asks.
"I have a strange feeling that someone is watching us right now." He explains.
"There's absolutely nothing to worry about. Even if someone is watching, what are they going to do? There are fifty of us and only one of them. So stop worrying and let's continue guarding this area. I want my share of the cut asap!" The other guy says.
"You and me both. I'm trying to go to Nigeria. I need a full month of relaxation, plus they have the baddest women any man can ever imagine." He adds. Agent Seni rolls her eyes after hearing that since she's Nigerian. Usually, she will take that as a compliment. But she knows that these bad men only care about stealing and women for their bodies.
"I want to beat up these guys right now. They're already causing a lot of wahala!" Seni says with anger. She usually speaks pidgin whenever she's angry or annoyed. I wish she spoke more of her language. Nigerian languages are great.
Staying focused on the mission again, it seems like everyone is ready to fight. The bad guys aren't doing anything important other than talking. So this is the perfect opportunity to strike. Plus we don't have all day to wait and allow these bad guys to steal everything from the museum.
I give my teammates the hand signal to let them know that it's time to take action. Carefully and silently, they climb off the tree without the enemies noticing. After that, we walk almost towards them. But before we strike, I give them a heads up.
"Whether we succeed or fail, just know that you are all great people. Of course, we want to accomplish every mission. But this mission is life or death since there are a lot of guys with guns. So stay safe, focus, and let's defeat some bad guys!" I tell them, giving everyone encouragement and blessings.
I meant every word I said about my teammates. They are the best of the best. Also, they are a family to me. I got their back when they're in need and they will do the same for me.
In this field, everyone needs to help their fellow spies. Doesn't matter if certain spies are beginners or experts, each person is putting their life on the line. If the team is not on the same page or if there's any animosity between spies, the missions will crumble.
