"Sacrifice myself? Why would I do such a thing?" I questioned Jason, looking at him like a madman. Out of all the things to do, this is the most wildest and dangerous idea yet.

"Why should my sister sacrifice herself to those two?" My sister asks, defending me.

"I know it is a crazy idea and there's probably better and safer solutions, but it makes sense that Dawn should sacrifice herself." Jason said, trying to plead his case.

"How does it make sense?" Seni asks. I'm glad that my favorite people are backing me up.

"Jackie and Graves hates you for destroying their lives. They only want to hurt you." He explains.

"We all know that they hate me and want to end my life. But why should I sacrifice myself to them? How is sacrificing myself going to solve the problem?" I ask, still not understanding his reasoning.

"That would be the quickest way to stop them. My plan was to sacrifice Dawn to them, so that they could think they won. Once they start believing that, that is when we could sneak attack them." He explains.

"That plan of yours has a lot of flaws. First off, wouldn't they find it suspicious that I am the only one sacrificed? Second, I'm going to get hurt or possibly killed. Lastly, when will it be the right time for you all to strike?" I ask. Out of all the things that happened tonight, this does not make any sense to me.

"I'm agreeing with Dawn, shouldn't we just break the basement door down and attack immediately? That seems like the quickest and most efficient way." Seni backs me up.

"I would have agreed with you on that, but Agent Indigo just got shot and almost died because she opened the basement door. I do not want that to happen again." He says.

"Here's what we're going to do, we are going to leave Dawn at the house. We are going to go outside nearby the basement. We will watch everything from the basement window. Once they start physically attacking you, we will throw a smoke bomb and make our move." Meline said.

"Trust us, Dawn. We will make sure you won't get hurt by them. They may seem scary, but they are weak." Jason tells me.

"Wait, how about the Jacob? I do not want him to get hurt by the smoke bomb." I ask.

"We will make sure to throw the smoke bomb away from the child. Our mission is to also take the child away from her mother. I know that is cruel to say as no one should separate a child from their mother. But Jackie is such a bad mother and is a danger to the child." Meline replied and I could not agree more.

Jackie is a bad mother. What mother would allow their child to witness all of these terrible acts? Jacob is already traumatized by his dad passing away, but what happened tonight will never leave his brain. I feel so bad for him. He deserves better guardians than his late father and his mother. I do not know if he has siblings, I doubt it since no one mentioned it. I just want Jacob to leave his family and join a better environment.

"I am only doing this to stop Graves and Jackie. Most importantly, save the child." I tell them.

"Same here. Those two have caused too much damage and need to be stopped once and for all. I do not care if they end up dead or alive, as long as their reign of terror is over, that is what needs to happen." Jason said.

"Sorry to interrupt, but Dawn, Kadie, and I need to talk real quick." Seni said, Jason nodded his head in approval. Seni and Kadie walk towards me to the kitchen, far away from the rest of them.

"Are you sure you are okay with sacrificing yourself?" Seni asks, Kadie looks at me with concern.

"To be honest, no." I tell her how I truly feel.

"Then why are you doing it?" Kadie asks, crossing her arms and tapping her feet.

"There is no better option for me to choose." I said.

"There is always a better solution than sacrificing yourself to those lunatics. If you go down there, they will not waste anytime beating you up, torturing you, or kill you. All they have is revenge on their minds. They will not stop until you are dead and then, they will find a way to kill us." Seni explains her reasoning on why I should not sacrifice myself.

"I do agree that sacrificing myself will have a negative affect on me. But like what Jason said, they already caused a lot of damage. I do not want that to happen anymore. I rather get myself tortured than have anyone I care for and love get hurt or killed by those monsters. So I must sacrifice myself." I explain to them.

"Alright, but let me pray for you before you go downstairs." Seni said. All three of us hold each other's hands and bow our heads to pray.

"Dear Heavenly Father, protect your daughter. She is about to sacrifice herself to your lost souls. I pray that Jackie and Graves do not hurt or kill her. If they try to attempt to attack her, shield her and let those two suffer for their consequences. I am begging you to protect her. In the way I praise your holy name, amen." She prayed. After that, we all hugged each other. Hugging each other like this will be the last time we will ever see one another.

"It's time." Meline said. We stopped hugging and went back to them. Meline puts something tiny on my shirt. I question what is it.

"I put a miniature camera device on your shirt. It is recording right now. So if anything happens to you, we will be watching the whole thing. Trust us, they will not notice it." She said.

"Alright" I said.

"We will be outside next to the basement window. I promise we will keep you safe. Just stay strong." Jason tells me, smiling.

"Alright, let's go!" Meline commanded. They all leave the house. Everyone waves bye at me and wished me well.

Now, I am all alone inside the house. I am staring face to face with the basement door. My heart is beating fast just looking at it. I hope I didn't make a terrible mistake for sacrificing myself to Jackie and Graves. I hope I make it out alive.
