The universe is so vast that humans could not count how many galaxies there are. Every galaxy has its solar system. Every solar system has its planets. However, not all solar systems have the same planets and the same elements, characteristics, and beings. Some of the worlds are ruled by gods. Some worlds do not believe in the existence of gods. Some worlds are ruled by beings unknown to most of the worlds. But one thing that every world has in common is the culture and tradition. Just like with the gods, they have this tradition.
One good time, all gods have received a celestial message coming from the Highest. In one snap, they were in the same place, to the Kingdom of the gods where the rendezvous was held.
“Dear gods, it is time for you to choose for your apostles,” denounced by the Highest as all of the other gods began looking all over the universe.
On the right side of the Kingdom hall, two gods are sitting next to each other while everyone is busy.
“Are you going to choose a descendant of your previous apostle again?” Fergus reached for the hand of his lover, Azure.
“I do,” Azure nonchalantly replied, not bothered with how his lover is being clingy on such occasions. “You should go to the crowd and look for your apostle.” Azure added.
Fergus looked into the gathering crowd in the center of the hall. Everyone is surrounding the celestial lake where they can all mirror the human beings and their fate. Everyone is being loud as if they are arguing with something.
“Seems like something interesting is going on there?” Fergus’ attention peaked, making him lose his hands on Azure’s. “Should I look at it?” He looked back to ask for Azure’s permission.
“Yes. You should.” Azure beamed so Fergus excitedly went to the celestial lake. As he walks over it, every other god is making a way for him as he is one of the higher-ups.
As he got closer, he saw the center of attention in the celestial lake. A person with the brightest light of fate.
“Oh,” he was surprised to see that. “It seems to be that this is the first time the Highest has given such fate to a human being.” He now has an idea why everyone is arguing.
“Is everyone interested in this human being’s fate?” Fergus asked everyone as they were baffled that they would be competing with a higher-up just to have this human being who picked everyone’s interest.
“This human being has a strange fate, fortunate and at the same time pitiful.” He had a smile on his face while watching that little human being crowned as an Emperor.
“I choose this one as my apostle.”
And just as he spoke what was on his mind, no one interfered in his chosen one, as no one was confident enough to compete against him.
“My Azure,” Fergus came back to his lover, excited and happy. “I have already chosen the most special human being as my apostle!”
“You did not ask for other’s opinions, did you?” Azure knows very well that his lover is someone to not mess with. And his lover has an attitude.
Fergus was clueless as to why Azure asked him such a question. “Huh? I asked the gods but no one spoke their opinions.”
A sigh came out Azure’s mouth and took a look at the gods who were giving them little glances. His heart is sad for them.
“Forehead,” Azure suddenly commanded, making Fergus panic because he knows what that means.
“Did I do something wrong?” Fergus is going to cry in a second.
