Arny's POV:
I just moved to the area today. I moved to be closer to my friends Danny and Pete. The area seems pretty small with everything being in walking distance to my house. I just finished unpacking the last moving box so to celebrate I figured I could go out and tour the area. Before I left I texted Pete and Danny to see if there was anything I have to see. Danny mentioned a small coffee shop about 2 blocks away. I decided to head to the coffee shop first so I'll have a snack to eat while walking. The houses that I passed were nice. Nothing really stood out to me. Except a pretty Lilac house with flowers by the walkway. I continued walking til I got to the cafe. I walked in and the pastry and coffee smell hit me. It was the best smell in the world. I walked up and ordered a banana nut muffin and a black coffee. The barista was really friendly. I sat down at a booth right next to a brown haired girl. She looked stunning. "I should go talk to her," I thought. "Amethyst," the barista called out. The girl in the booth next to mine got up to get the order. I noticed she was wearing a purple hoodie with blue joggers and black converse sneakers. I assumed her name was Amethyst but it could be something else. "Arny," the barista called. I got up and got my order. I decided to take my order to go so I'll have something to snack on. But I hoped to see that girl again sometime. After I left the coffee shop I toured the rest of the town and then went back home for the day.
