"I hope you're right about this." Sam nods. "Or we're gonna land a lot faster than you want to."

We just flew into trees that opened into a fucking country with a very large lake.

That was awesome.

We land and get out to be met by King T'challa and an army of super cool looking women behind and beside him.

"Should we bow?" Banner asks and I go to stop him but, Rhodey gets to him first.

"Yeah, he's a king."

"Oh, dear." I whisper and Pietro chuckles beside me.

He's my new best friend.

That is just fine.

"Seems like I'm always thanking you for something." Steve jokes.

"What're you doing?" Rhodey asks after Banner bows.

"Uh, we don't do that here." T'challa stops him and he gives Rhodey a dirty look, making him smile. "So, how big of an assault should we expect?" He ask as we start walking.

"Uh, sir." Banner calls. "Sir, I think you should expect quite a big assault."

"How we looking?" Nat asks.

"You will have my kingsguard, the Border Tribe, the Dora Milaje, and..."

"A semi-stable hundred year-old man." Bucky comes up with a smile, getting a hug from Steve.

Okay but, what the fuck?

Why the hell do all the new ones have to be so fucking pretty?

"Pietro." I whisper. "Pietro."

"What?" He turns to me, seeing me staring at Bucky. "Oh, my goodness. Him, too?"

"Yeah." I squeak a smile and he has to hold down laugh.

"You're insane." He nods as the others start moving forward again, us staying where we are.

"I'm sorry. I can't- I really can't help it. The new ones are always so pretty."

"You are so vocal." He shakes his head.

"Can't do shit about my feelings so, why the hell not say 'em?"

"You can with Peter." He smirks.

"Eh." I nod. "Nah."

"Oh?"

"Yeah. He's cute but, not really my type anymore."

"That would be me and Bucky?" He nods, already knowing the answer.

"And Loki."

"What?!" He whisper shouts.

"I don't know!"

"Insane is right!"

"I know!"

"What're you guys whispering about back there?" Rhodey chuckles.

"Nothing." We both quickly shake our heads.

"Liars." Bucky smirks.

"No, nothing."

"Loki would know if you're lying." Rhodey jokes.

Pietro and I let out a single laugh before having to cover our mouths, confusing them all.

"Yeah, it's totally nothing." Sam teases.

"That's right."
