Five years ago, I saw the future.

I saw the war.

I saw the death.

I saw the outcome.

I know how we win.

And I will win.

I will win with whatever it takes.

-

I let go of Wanda before she can stop me and easily find the gauntlet, taking it from Clints hands.

I come out of the building and land right in front of a clueless Thanos, unfreezing it all as the silence goes away.

He looks down at me and smiles.

"You've brought it right to me. Well done, little one."

"See? There you go again. Calling me a name that doesn't belong to you."

He ignores me and takes the glove. I smile and it appears back in my hands, confusing him so, he does it again and I do as I did before.

"Lily?!" Wanda calls.

"What?" Tony asks. "What's wrong?"

"She has the gauntlet! I think she's gonna snap."

"What?!" They all ask.

"I'm sorry." I hold the tears.

"No, Lily, don't!" Tony comes flying to me.

He freezes in place and I shake my head as I sob. I slowly stick my hand in and it molds around me. I scream in pain as the stones power courses through my viens, falling to my knees, backing up a bit further from Thanos.

"Lily!" Wanda and Tony call.

"No." Thanos sighs. "Don't!"

"Too late." I smile with a painful shrug.

"Lily, no!"

I turn to the ones coming, Tony, Wanda, Steve, and Thor, grinning a reassuring smile before looking back at Thanos, smile gone, angry glare replacing it.

"Have fun in hell, Bitch."

Thanos starts coming for me but, I snap and he stops. The light goes away and I fall to my side, them quickly running to me.

"What have you done?" Thanos looks around as his army starts disappearing.

"I handled it." I smile with a glare.

He sits with a defeated sigh and we watch as he and his people turn to dust and ash. I let out a painful breathe as I fall to my back.

"Lily, Lily." Tony places his hands on my cheeks. "Lily, no."

"I'm sorry."

"Why would you do that?" He breathes with tears.

"I had to. Otherwise you would've. I can't let you leave Morgan."

"How do you-?"

"It doesn't matter. I just want you to know, you're my dad. You are my real dad. I love you so much and really couldn't ask for a better father. Morgan is a lucky girl."

"You trying to make this harder?"

"No." I cry. "I'm sorry. But, it's okay. It's okay." I smile. "I'm okay. I'm gonna go find Nat and Pietro and we'll be okay."

"No, no, you're gonna stay right here. You're gonna stay alive and well as my little girl, you hear me?"

"No, I'm not." I shake my head. "The only reason I'm still talking is because of my strength. I shouldn't be alive right now and we all know it. But, I'm sorry. And I love you all."

With all the strength I have left, I pull my dad down to a hug and he quickly hugs back, pulling me onto his lap with my arms still around his neck.

Lily closes her eyes with a sigh and holds a little tighter for a second before her hold loosens and her arms fall. Tony takes a deep teary breath as he pulls her even closer than before.

The field went silent long ago, people standing all around, watching and listening to all that just happened.

Tony continues to hold Lily close while Steve, Thor, and Wanda sit around, holding some part of her in their hands, not wanting to let go for even a second.

-

Two days later, the backyard of Tonys lake house is full of Avengers and some, all coming to send Lily away.

She had been the universes savior, barley anyone even knowing it. The youngest out of everyone on that field and she carried the weight of the world on her shoulders.

All she ever wanted to do was help and that's what she did. She took care of it and everyone around her while feeling as if she could have always done more, having done plenty for this world and now many others out there.

She is insane.

She is smart.

She is kind.

She is strong.

Lily Stark is the little Avenger.
