Skylana would be engulfed in blue flames, the aura forcing the Demon back. She watched as her skin began to turn dark red and scaled. It quickly spread up her arms as the wings and tail sprouted from her back. The hybrid summoned the mystical sword from her magical necklace.
"I have had MORE than enough of you, beast..." She growled.
The hybrid shot toward the possessed cadaver of the priest. Hernos stared as his child began to go hand to hand with the Demon. Upon hearing what Terrorblade had said, his heart filled with sorrow and regret. She had been telling the truth and he never believed her. Kaden noticed Hernos staring in the direction of the ongoing battle, placing a hand on his shoulder.
"She needs help. We need to wait for an opening." He said.
The retired Knight nodded and lifted his Ionic sword.

I may have not been in control when Slyrak ripped him to shreds, but I will NOT feel sorry once we destroy the husk of Father. As Terrorblade is weak in a corporeal form, thrusting my blade into his chest or decapitation will force him to flee.
I snarled and swung my sword at the possessed man. But the Demon blocked with his own mystical green blade. This one was much more powerful than the last he wielded, but Slyrak and I felt even more powerful than before. The blue fire that surrounded us ensured it.
With another slash, our blade collided in a power struggle.
"Tell me, do you really believe you defeated me in Uldoraks Lair?"
My eyes would widen, the Father of Fire growled menacingly.
"Do NOT speak his name..." He hissed.
"Your first dragon 'friend', he did not trust you. His old age deteriorated his mind, your delusions have blinded you from the truth..." Terrorblade chuckled.
It was me who roared with fury and slashed at the Demon wildly. Uldorak was my friend, Terrorblade stole his soul away. I believe a dying Eldwurm over an unholy monster on any good day. He lifted his hand and I would freeze in place once more. With a flick of his hand, I was thrown into the wall.
Heavy stone and bricks fell and buried me underneath it. Every part of me was sore. The cuts and bruises I had sustained began steaming and therefore healing. Certainly one upside of having Slyrak within me. The Dragon growled and took control, making me burst up through the debris with a snarl.
"Even with your newfound power you cannot defeat me, Slyrak and Skylana..."
Slyrak lifted one of my clawed hands and prepared to dash in. It was then when we saw both my father and Kaden launch at Terrorblade from behind, their Void and Ionic blades raised. The possessed priest turned his head to see them and was about to react, but alas it was too late for him.
Their swords slashed right through Father's already mangled body. The corpse ceased glowing green and fell to the floor in several bloody pieces. Both Knights landed before me, panting as blood dripped from their swords. My father grunted in pain and fell to a knee, holding his other with his teeth bared.
"Father..? Are you alright?" I ask.
He would look up at me.
"I'll...be fine, Skylana..." He said.
Kaden helped my father stand. The blue fire surrounding me diminished. I could feel Slyrak's strong uncertainty and disbelief toward the Knights, taking it to heart and carefully approaching them. They had gone out of their way to go as far as decimating Father's corpse. Surely they had changed something inside themselves.
