"Wake up! Wake up, wake up, wake. Up!" I groaned as Juliet screamed at me. She was jumping on my bed, forcing me to bounce around.

"What time is it?" I groaned.

"Time for you to get your lazy ass up!" Juliet yelled as she continued jumping on my bed.

"Eddie!" I screamed for Eddie, hoping he would hear me and come save me from Juliet.

"He's not here." She said as she flew up into the air and landed in a sitting position. I sat up and looked over at her as she kept her stare on me.

"Where is he?" I asked as my eyebrows scrunched up in confusion. Where could he have gone? It's Christmas morning.

"No idea." Juliet shrugged as she started to stare off into space. She then shook her head and smiled at me. "Let's go! Present time!"

Juliet ran out of my room and downstairs as I got out of bed. I shuffled my feet as I walked over to my closet and grabbed a black hoodie. I threw it on before making my way downstairs to meet an excited Juliet. She was bouncing on the balls of her feet as she looked at me with a goofy grin.

"Oh, my gosh. You are so slow!" Juliet grabbed my arm and pulled me down the last two steps. I yelped in surprise as she dragged me over to the Christmas tree and stood me in front of it. My eyes widened in shock as I looked at the many wrapped presents that sat perfectly underneath the pine.

"What? How?" I was lost for words as Juliet began to bounce beside me again.

"Ho, ho, ho! Merry goddamn Christmas." We both turned around to find Eddie walking in the front door with a huge smile.

"Eddie!" Juliet ran over excitedly and jumped into his arms. Eddie wrapped his arms around her and hugged her tightly. "You're crushing me." Juliet sounded out of breath.

"That's okay." Eddie sighed before giving her one last squeeze then setting her down. Juliet ran off to who knows where, leaving Eddie and I alone in the living room. I looked over at him shyly as he made eye contact with me.

"Well? Are you going to kiss me or not?" Eddie smirked. I smiled and walked over, meeting him halfway, and brought him down onto my lips. Eddie kept his hand on my lower back as he leaned me back and smiled into the kiss. He then pulled away and pulled me closer into his chest.

"You're not mad at me, are you?" I whispered worriedly into his ear. I stayed up all night until Eddie came home, worried out of my mind at what went through his head. He didn't seem mad, but he also didn't seem happy. He only acted distant.

"Mad? Never." Eddie whispered back before leaving a kiss on my neck.

"I'm sorry." He pulled back and rested his hands on my cheeks as he stared into my eyes.

"There's no need to be sorry. Yes, I was mad, of course, but it's Christmas day. Everything is in the past." Eddie gave me a reassuring smile. "Just....just promise me you won't do it again."

"I promise." I smiled.

"Good." Eddie reached down and kissed my forehead as Christmas music began to play. We both looked to the side to find Juliet walking down the hall and back towards us.

"Present time?" She asked us.

"Hell yeah." Eddie smiled.

"No, Eddie." Juliet sighed, making me laugh as she sounded so frustrated. She was sitting by the tree with Eddie, trying her hardest to explain to him how to play the new Nintendo game he had gotten her. I couldn't help but to smile as I drank my tea on the couch, watching the two interact.
