Season two, episode eight:
The Impossible Planet - Part One.

Something felt off.
The Tardis was quiet, very quiet.
Lynnette placed a hand on the wall, furrowing her brows, "Lovely?"
A gentle, almost whispered hum filled the air in response. It was like the Tardis was nervous like something was about to happen and she didn't want it to. In turn, that made Lynnette nervous, the sentient spaceship was just as adventurous as the Doctor and if she didn't want to go somewhere, it meant the place had to be awful.
"It's alright, Lovely," Lynnette told her, "Wherever we go, we'll solve whatever problem there as quick as we can and then we'll leave, okay? I'll ensure the Doctor takes you somewhere nice afterwards, yeah?"
Another hum filled the air, soft and slightly more relaxed. The Tardis knew Lynnette would keep her promise as best she could but she also knew the events that would transpire today needed to go forward. Oh, but, she didn't want to see the end quickly approaching.
The Tardis hated ends but she also loved ends. Because in the end, a new beginning always opens up.
With a nod, Lynnette briskly walked into the console room, eager to get this trip over and done with. Rose's face lit up the second she saw her friend and bounded over to her with a grin, "The Doctor's decided to do a surprise trip."
Lynnette rose a brow, "A surprise trip?"
He nodded in response, "I typed in random coordinates Rose gave me and we're about to find out where they locate to. Ready?"
She smiled nervously, "As I'll ever be."
With a mischievous smirk that just managed to hide the concern for his partner, the Doctor pulled a lever. Suddenly, the Tardis started whirring, she shook and grumbled, and lights flickered rapidly as she groaned. Rose let out a scream, clinging to Lynnette, this ride was much bumpier than what it usually was.
Soon enough, everything stopped. Only the quit wheezing of the Tardis remained. Lynnette's head swarmed with faint dizziness that seemed to fill the air, it was like the Tardis felt sick. She pressed a concerned hand against one of the walls, receiving a small warmth in response. She relaxed, the Tardis would be okay for now but she wanted to leave as quick as she could.
Confused, the Doctor rushed outside the Tardis, the two girls quickly following. Boxes and crates of all kinds surrounded them in the small room, a storage area, filled to the very brim. Placing a hand on the Tardis' blue doors, the Doctor muttered, "I wonder what's wrong with her. She's sort of queasy," Lynnette felt the same way, "Indigestion. Like she didn't want to land."
