(Y/N)'s POV
"(Y/N/N)? I'm home!"I run down the stairs to see Hailee walking into the house and taking her shoes off. "There's my princess!" I say excitedly as I go to give her a kiss.
"And there's my cutie!" She smiles into our kiss, sending my heart over the edge. I don't know how much more of this I can take.
"How's your day been?"
"Hectic? You?" I ask.
"Same." She tells me, taking off her jacket and placing it on the sofa. "But I'm glad I'm home. I'm just gonna make myself a sandwich." Hailee starts to walk into the kitchen. She then stops in her tracks when she spots the sink.
"Umm... (Y/N/N)?" I turn to see her call me. She gently signals for me to walk to the kitchen. I comply and make my way next to her. She continues to look at the sink, which is filled with a few dirty dishes.
"Baby, didn't we agree it was your turn to do the dishes today?" Hailee rests her right hand on the edge of the sink. I then stay quiet, trying to remember how the day went, play by play.

"Oh, shit. I can't believe it!" I pinch the bridge of my nose in disbelief. Hailee's eyes never grow angry, however. If anything, it grows softer.
I'd gotten into a very traumatic experience a few years back. That encounter caused me to take medicine for the anxiety it causes, hence the side effect being ADHD. Since then, I couldn't do anything with full attention or focus. It's been very hard.
"It's okay, baby." Hailee says to me as she rubs my back softly. I shake my head.
"No, it's not okay. You asked me to do this very easy task and I couldn't even focus." I huff, tears slowly flowing from my eyes. Hailee never hesitates to take me into her arms. "Seriously, it's not a big deal. I understand, my love." Hailee kisses my cheek repeatedly as she knows that makes me feel better.
"I promise it's not your fault." Hailee tells me, giving me more kisses as she rubs my back for comfort. My breathing starts to go back to normal as I lay my eyes on her.
"I love you. We can do the dishes together." She tells me, pulling away after one last kiss. My sad expression turns into a little smile.
"C'mon, I know you wanna!" Hailee starts to dance a little, bringing me into her frenzy. I give in and dance along with her. We start to wash the dishes. I washed them and she dried them and placed them into their spots.
We continued to wasn't the dishes while playing some music into the background. We wrap up washing the dishes when I notice Hailee's hands are covered in foam. "What you got there?"
Hailee watches the foam in her hands, then smirks at me. She takes a deep breath, blowing the foam right in my face. "Hailee!" I laugh, causing her to laugh as well.
"It just needed to be done." Hailee smirks as she rubs her foam covered hands all over the rest of my face. "I'm getting you back for this." I warn her.
"Oh, really?" She asks me, and I reply with a nod.
I then grab her by the waist and pull her in for a kiss. She giggles as the soap bubbles pop in her face as I kiss her all over her face.
"I don't see how you got me back. I really enjoyed that." She tells me, kissing my lips gently. She then gives me a towel to wipe my face. She wipes her face as well before Martini and Brando walk into the room once more.
This girl is gonna be the death of me.
