The rain did not stop till early in the morning so, Arson spent the night with Elvira. Though the weather was terrible, it gave them a chance to be together and they were able to spend some quality time together. They chatted till late night and were interested to know more about each other.

But to think, that all these sweet moments will soon fade away from their lives was depressing for both of them. They loved each other but couldn't afford to sacrifice their goals and motives for the sake of living together with the other person. Both of them felt that they have a purpose to fulfill and so, they had to do what needs to be done.

Elvira had found solace in Arson, but it seemed to stop her from avenging her brother.

Arson on the other hand, cared for the villagers more than anything because they were the ones who helped his family in the most difficult times. The people of the village loved him dearly, they trusted him and so Arson felt that it was his responsibility to protect and help them.

He was in a dilemma. He possibly can't stop Elvira from going to Tinpole neither could he accompany Elvira, leaving behind his responsibility for his new-found love. It would be a betrayal of his village and its people.

After knowing him, Elvira felt that it would be wrong to let Arson join her in her mission. She felt bad for asking him to accompany her earlier, she had not thought about the risk she would be getting him into.

The next morning the weather was cool and it had stopped raining. They came out of the cottage and both of them were relieved to find that everyone was safe and the village had took less damage, thanks to the preparations they all had done before the storm. Arson left to check around the village and provide help where needed while Elvira went about her day.

The next day was surely Elvira's last day in the village so Arson asked her to go on a date with him. This time they went to a different spot, on the bank of a beautiful lake, isolated from the rest of the village. Arson was noticeably quiet so Elvira tried to cheer him up by giving him a flower.

He smiled at her, he knew she had noticed his behaviour.
"I am sorry for not coming with you. It's just that.."
"It's all right. I would hate to get you in trouble because of me especially when so many others need you here. I was selfish to ask you in the first place."

"Thank you for being so considerate. These moments with you..I will treasure them forever. That's a promise."
Elvira was touched, she asked "Will you miss me?"
"That's a question, you already know the answer of."

She couldn't help but feel like crying, she put her head on his shoulder and grabbed his arm.

It was all so beautiful, her first love, their first meeting, first dance, then date, she enjoyed all those moments and she would treasure them too. She had expected this turn of events, the more time they spend together the closer they will get and the harder it would be to let go of each other.

But experiencing it now was much harder than thinking about it then. Though she was mentally prepared for the outcomes, it surely was making her anxious over time.

Knowing what was going to come their way, they made sure to cherish every moment they spend together. Afterall, this meeting with each other could be their very last meeting. For Arson, there was no way of knowing whether Elvira would ever come back for him or not or will they ever have their much wanted happily ever after.

The day finally came, when Elvira had to leave behind Arson to go in her mission to Tinpole.

Tinpole was a big village and it would take her about three days to reach there.

Elvira was all set to leave. Arson brought her horse from the villagers, who took care of it all this time. She patted it and loaded her belongings. She bid goodbye to Arson and the villagers, who had come to see her off. During her stay in the village they were always nice to her and helped her. She would be always grateful to them.

As she started to move away, all of them waved to her. Arson couldn't help but run to her, to see her one last time before she leaves. He caught up to the horse, which was still to pick up pace. He looked into Elvira's eyes and said, "Take care of yourself. Okay?"

Elvira smiled and said "You too".
