Ano nanaman kayang pumasok sa utak ng babaeng 'yon? Peur knows that Seiné Maurice really did that on purpose but what she don't know is kung saan nanggagaling ang kapal ng mukha nito. Ipinagkakalat nitong kasintahan niya si Guillaume and that makes Guillaume angry. Peur saw how his emotions changed as they heard Deschía, mentioning Seiné Maurice's name.
"Do you know her?" Deschía asked. Tango na lamang ang tanging naging tugon ng kaniyang katabi.
"Excuse us, Guillaume, my man," Disk said. Marahil ay napansin nito ang pagbabago ng mood ni Guillaume. Disk nodded at her as he whispered 'sorry'. Maging si Deschía ay marahang tumingin sa kaniya, naroon ang paghingi ng tawad sa mga mata.
"I think that girl lied to you, sweetheart."
"I guess she did. I'm afraid I made your friend and Peur annoyed." Deschía replied in a worried tone.
"Maybe, but not to you. I know Guillaume. They will surely understand that you have no idea."
Dinig niya pa ang pag-uusap ng magkasintahan bago tuluyang makalayo mula sa kanilang lamesa. Peur know that Deschía was innocent and just curious as well. Deschía have no idea on what's the score between her and Guillaume. Or maybe she really believed that Seiné Maurice and Guillaume are in a relationship. Ngayon ay alam niya na kung bakit panay ang titig ng dalaga sa kaniya kanina. Marahil ay iniisip nitong may kasintahan na si Guillaume ngunit naroon siya at nakaupo sa tabi nito.
"Hey," Peur caressed Guillaume's arm that made him looked at her.
"Hey."
"Does it still bother you?"
"A little." Guillaume sighed.
Peur nodded. "I'm sorry." She said that made Guillaume shocked.
"Sorry? For what? My Fierschelle, I am the one who should say sorry to you."
Peur sighed. "Sorry dahil pakiramdam ko ay dahil sa akin kaya nagkaganon."
"No. It wasn't your fault. Bakit mo naisip 'yan?" Kunot-noong aniya.
"Maybe Deschía remembered what Seiné Maurice have told her when she saw us together. Deschía know you as Seine Maurice's girlfriend. Baka inisip niya noong una na may girlfriend ka na tapos may nakikitabi pa sa 'yong ibang babae. And that's me. Maybe I made her remembered what Seiné Maurice have told her."
"No. Wala kang kasalanan. Hindi mo kasalanan 'yon," may diing aniya.
Ikinagulat ng binata ang dahilan ng dalaga. Hindi pa rin talaga siya makapaniwala sa lawak ng kaisipan nito.
"I know. Pakiramdam ko lang naman."
"Don't think about it. Again, it wasn't your fault."
Tumango na lamang siya.
She tried to make a light conversation with Guillaume but suddenly, Guillaume's phone rang so the man excused himself.
But before he left, Peur accidentally saw the caller's name.
Seiné Maurice...
Palihim niyang tinitingnan ang binata. He looks so serious as he speaks. Bahagya pang naka-kunot ang noo.
Will he asked Seine Maurice frankly why she told Deschía that they're together?
After a couple of minutes, she noticed how Guillaume looked at her seriously before putting back his phone on his pocket.
