Stefan is locked up in a cell in the basement. He is hallucinating due to the lack of blood.

Woods 1864
In a flashback, the town is capturing vampires.
"We have to get to the church. They're waiting."
"Circle around that way. I'll distract them. Go." One of the men tells Damon
"Over here! There's another one! Quick! Help me!," another member of the founding family yells.
"Arm yourselves."
The men follow Stefan. Only one man is standing guard over the carriage containing the vampires. Damon hits him and knocks him out. Stefan returns. Damon grabs the keys out of the man's pocket and unlocks the carriage.
"We don't have long" Stefan warns his brother.
meanwhile Buffy is watching this happen along side, Miss Emily Bennett. The two somewhat friends just keep watching since the two of them can't do much without getting caught
but Giuseppe Salvatore ends up finding Buffy since somehow everybody on the council has found out about her being the slayer. and brought her with him when he killed both of his sons in cold blood. Giuseppe made the Original vampire slayer watch as he shot both Stefan and Damon. there was nothing that she could do to stop him.

Salvatore Boarding House/Woods 1864
Stefan is drifting in and out between the present and past.
"Stefan. Stefan."
"Stefan."
"Steffy!" The rebel slayer yells.
"I love you, Stefan." Past Kathrine tells him
"your my best friend Stef," past Buffy tell him.
Katherine is taken back into the carriage in the past. Damon and Buffy leads Elena out in the present. She looks through the bars at him.

Salvatore Boarding House
Elena, Damon and Lyds are in the cellar. Elena is watching Stefan.
"It's so hard to see him locked up like this," Elena says.
"its not the first time," Damon causally explains
"You're the one who locked him up," the human doppelgänger exclaimed.
"You helped."
"No Damon helped you, Elena, not me," the strawberry blonde corrects her older cousin
which kind of shocked the older Gilbert, since she thought her cousin had wanted to lock Stefan up.
"I couldn't have him running around chewing on people. While the town was looking for vampires, now, could I?"
"no you could have Damon, you could have left him for me to deal with," the strawberry blonde correct the raven haired vampire. who shakes his head no, disagreeing with her.
"It had nothing to do with you actually caring about him?" Buffy attempted to get him to admit.
"Your thing, not mine." Damon replied to the slayer.
