7 MONTHS LATER

5 hours of labor and Tobirama and Emi were the proud parents to a little boy.

He had their mutual pale skin, Emi's black hair and Tobirama's red eyes.

Mito and Hashirama were there. Emi was currently testing in the hospital bed while Tobirama held him.

"Do you guys have a name for him?" Mito asked.

"With getting everything ready we didn't really have time to discuss it." Tobirama admitted.

"I really want to name him Izuna, after my brother." Emi said quietly.

"Izuna Senju. It's perfect." Tobirama said with a small smile.

And Emi smiled back.

2 YEARS LATER

2 years later and the couple finds themselves in the same position. Except this time they had a little girl.

She had their mutual pale skin, Tobirama's white hair and Emi's black eyes.

They named her Tsuna Senju.

Both kids were a perfect mix of their parents. They had no idea how amazing their kids would grow up to be.

Izuna had married and had a daughter, who would go on to marry a Uchiha, and have 2 kids. Shisui Uchiha and Hotaru Uchiha.

Tsuna ended up getting married to Lord Mu, the second Tsuchikage. And together they had a son named Noatik.
