Y/N: "... no way... it can't be... e–Eira...?!"

Deep within the dungeon cell that Rosaria had told me to look into, I saw a very familiar face on the other side of the cell bars... one that I was more than certain that I had seen before... Eira.

She was just sat there

She was just sat there... motionless... up against that brick wall with chains wrapped around her arm and legs. Even though her outfit was quite damaged from the last time we had met, I could tell from just a glance that this was definitely my friend Eira. I remember that face well after all, even with it looking so physically distressed with those injuries. That and I could see that the sleeve that covered her right arm seemed a lot different than her left sleeve... most likely because she lost that arm during our fight with the Lawachurl.

Eira: ". . ."

The way she was just sat there, completely motionless with her eyes closed like that... she looked like she was nothing but art pressed up against the dingy dungeon wall... some sick and twisted art...

Y/N: "Eira...?"

Rosaria: "That thing isn't going to hear you. We put it in a deep sleep when we don't need to speak with it."

Y/N: "That thing?! Her name is Eira! And she's my friend! What the hell is she doing down here in some dingy dungeon?! I thought that she..."

Albedo: "That avalanche you mentioned to us earlier? There was a relief effort organised by the Favonius Cathedral for those affected by it. Deaconess Barbara and Sister Rosaria were a part of the team that discovered that Fatuus severely wounded in the snow."

Rosaria: "If it wasn't for Barbara's bleeding heart I would have undoubtedly left that Fatuus in the snow. But I suppose that thing has been a useful source of information... not much though..."

Albedo: "Ahem. So, this 'Eira,' is she indeed the one you mentioned meeting upon Dragonspine, and then losing a short while later?"

Y/N: "She... She is, yes... I... I just can't believe that she's still alive..."

Albedo: "It looks like your suspicions were right on the money after all, Sister Rosaria."

Rosaria: "It was exactly as I suspected. And you also just admitted to being an accomplice, so now we've to decide what we have to do with you now."

Y/N: "h–Huh? Wait, what?!"

Albedo: "Just a moment, Sister. But didn't you tell me this morning that you had promised Eula to not take any decisive actions without consulting with the Acting Grand Master first?"

Rosaria: "I did say that... but I only said that for decisive actions. I see no reason not to incarcerate them until we can get a verdict from Jean for something more permanent."
