<AUTHOR NOTE: I cannot recall if I ever specifically said it during this book, but I consider Mika to not exist in this story as I think his existence as he is was a mistake. As such, he will be absent from this chapter's event as I believe he is the rest of the book. >

It had been a few weeks now, since our having found Eula's cousin in that fantastical domain of Idyia the Oceanid. Unfortunately our time in that place akin to a holiday resort did eventually run out, and we had parted ways with most everybody that we had met in Sumeru. With Kaeya and Klee returning to Mondstadt ahead of us whilst the Traveller and Paimon heading on back to their adventuring ways. And of course, Idyia remained within her bottled domain, left as an oasis within the desert.

As for the rest of us? Collei stuck around with Eula, Eira and myself. She said she would be more than willing to show us around the city of Sumeru, like we had spoken about before, and thus she gave us a grand tour of both Gandharva Ville and Sumeru City. We even had the opportunity to meet the renowned dancer, Nilou. Heh, Eula and her really got on quite well — I suppose that is due to their common love for dancing. I don't believe there really is anyone else in Mondstadt that really is much of a dancer beyond Barbara's idol performances, but the two of them don't really talk all that much... Although I have continuously told Eula that I would love to learn to dance from her, but she has yet to pursue that, so really that's on her!

Whilst Eula and Nilou were discussing their love of dance with one another, Collei had taken us elsewhere to explore some other places within the city, and that was where we met this delightful young girl named Nahida. She seemed really quite clever for her age, she seemed to espy things that any other child her age likely wouldn't even have the understanding of. I wasn't entirely sure why Collei had grown so shy in Nahida's presence, but Eira more than made up for it with all that the two of them talked and talked!

Of course, this all was forgetting the fact that we had one other person tagging along with us for our tour of Sumeru: Sangonomiya Kokomi. She had also elected to remain in Sumeru for a while longer before she would then take a boat back to her home on Inazuma. And I would say that over time I grew to be a bit more amenable with the Inazuman General, but there was still a level of awkwardness that remained whenever it was just myself and her remaining.

Eventually, though, our time in Sumeru came to an end. With us saying farewell to Nilou, Nahida and Sangonomiya Kokomi, the remaining three of us then took our leave through Liyue's Chasm so as to return to Mondstadt. Eula, myself, and... Eira.

It was really quite obvious that Eira had more than enjoyed her time out and about like this, being free to explore and run around without the threat of a Fatui kidnapping and all. And it was equally obvious that returning back to her reclusive lifestyle was something she wasn't all that looking forward to... But, for the time being, that's just how it has to be. Until we can confirm that the Fatui are no longer in pursuit of her, and that this "Knave" character is no longer looking for a way to infiltrate and steal Eira away from us, we will just have to keep her hidden away. As much as I hate it...
