Near death experience and cookies

I woke up to flying in my seat. I opened my eyes and slammed against my seat as the car hit the ground again. I held onto the passenger door and my seat to stay in place, even though I had a seatbelt on.

"Fuck," Nathan cursed and sped up, driving over the field.

"What's happening?" I asked and looked back to see what was wrong.

"We've been in a car chase the last fifteen minutes," he said and looked in the rear-view mirror. I nodded and sat up in my seat, and looked back again, now I could see a black car following us, and right over the black car Tinman was flying. Somehow, I knew he was not flying at full speed, so why was he following the black car?

I turned and looked out the windscreen, we were driving on a field filled with wheat. Poor farmers wheat. A plane in the sky approached us and was flying low, suddenly a person jumped out from the plane and landed on the ground, twice his original form, when he looked up his skin was green, and he was big.

"Oh Styx!" In the last second Nathan pulled the steering wheel to the left, causing the car to make a sharp turn to the left. I slammed against the passenger door, and then sat back normal in my seat. "Sorry boss," he apologized and sped up.

"It's okay, Nathan." I said and adjusted my seatbelt. When I looked in the side view mirror, I saw the green guy running after us, the black car keeping a safe distance from him. The guy suddenly jumped around 15.000 feet up in the air, disappearing from my view in the car. "Uh... Nat?" I said and looked up in the sky to see if I could see the green guy.

"Yeah?" He sounded concentrated.

"Watch out for big green falling guys," I warned him.

"Big green falling guys?" He questioned.

"Yeah... The green man jumped up in the sky and disappeared." I said, still looking up in the sky to see where he went. I could feel the car speed up more.

Suddenly a green figure in the sky came into view. He came closer, closer, bigger, and bigger as he neared the car.

"Turn, turn, turn, turn!" I yelled, Nathan did as I said and sped up and turned right, the car only touched the ground with the wheels to the left side. The car landed on the ground again and Nathan sped up as fast as he could, the green man slammed his fists into the ground, causing the ground to shake. The car shook as it raced forward towards a road. Nathan drove out on the road and turned left, following the road. The black car behind us was catching up to us but kept a safe distance to the big green guy.

"How long did I sleep?" I asked.

"About forty-five minutes or so," he answered. Forty-five minutes. I had somehow fallen asleep during this escape. Was I making this worse by trying to run away? I was. Though I did not care, SHIELD could screw me, I did not want to talk to them, they saw me as a threat. And if they were going to experiment on me, I would run away than surrender. It was stupid, but I was known for being stupid and not think everything through and just go with the flow. Not thinking about the consequences of my actions. As Annabeth called me, a seaweed brain. Of course, I had changed a lot during the two years I had been away, but I was and will always be a seaweed brain. I was ripped out of my thoughts when Nathan shook my shoulder.

"Grab the steering wheel," he said and unbuckled himself. I leaned over and grabbed it as Nathan climbed over the seats and sat in the back. I unbuckled myself and climbed over in the driver's seat and pressed the speeder down. I looked in the rear-view mirror and saw Nathan open a drawer and pull out a gun. I focused back on the road but glanced at him every now and then. I saw him roll the window down and aimed the gun at the black car following us. I focused back on the road and sped up. I heard two gunshot and wheels screeching; another gunshot was fired, and I turned right following the road. I looked in the rear-view mirror but could not see the car behind us. Nathan's head popped up next to me.
