Teal to sea green

"You summoned me, my Lord?" the god of sleep looked up at Zeus. Small wings on his head flapped lazily. A non-existent wind lifted his dreadlocks slightly, giving him some sort of peaceful appearance to the teakwood skin colored god.

Zeus nodded with a slight smirk onto his face. "Yes, Perseus Jackson has been experiencing blackouts recently." He told the god.

Hypnos vibrant teal eyes landed on me. They were quite unsettling seeing as they were glowing brightly.

"We want to know if you play a part in this?" Athena looked at him.

He turned back to the gods and yawned, "No," he shook his head. "I do not. Can I go now? I'm tired." He mumbled.

Aphrodite sighed dramatically and leaned back in her throne, "We're never going to get over this meeting." She complained and checked her perfect nails.

"Don't worry, love," Hephaestus looked to her.

The goddess of love did not acknowledge her husband but turned to Ares and leaned her head onto his shoulder.

The sadness in Hephaestus' eyes were clear as the sky. I almost felt bad for the god. It wasn't fun getting ignored, especially not by your wife or significant other... I glanced over at Annabeth who held hands with Matteo. I sighed softly and focused my attention on the god of sleep.

"Lord Zeus-" Hypnos started but was interrupted by a yawn. "Why would I mess with Percy Jackson? I have no trouble with him."

"You're the only god left. It must be you." Zeus spoke.

Hypnos sighed and I could only imagine that the god rolled his eyes. "Oh hi," his head was turned to the small gathering of demigods with Chiron. "How are you, Matt?" he tilted his head.

Matteo's eyes widened. "Eh..." He swallowed. "Good?" he asked with a small voice.

Hypnos nodded satisfied and turned back to the gods.

I frowned, "I'm sorry," I butted in, "Is Matteo the son of Hypnos?"

"What?" Matteo chuckled and looked pale, "No, I'm the son of Nike." He said quickly.

"Oh, okay." I nodded. Made sense, I guess. I looked to Hypnos, to see if he had some sort of reacting, but it appeared that he had fallen asleep. "Uhm... the dude is sleeping." I proclaimed.

Natasha groaned, "Can we get a ten-minute break?" She asked while rubbing her temples.

"Yes!" Tony yelled, "My brain is hurting from all of this talking, and my legs are all wobbly from standing for so long." He wiggled his legs.

"Sure," Poseidon smiled, "ten-minute break, as soon as the ten minutes are over, we are all gathered in here again." My father announced.

"Hey! I make the announcements!" Zeus looked pissed. "What he said," he nodded to Poseidon and looked at us.

I was sitting on the stairs to my father's temple, when the person I least expected who wanted to talk to me, sat down beside me.

"I assume that you are no longer dating my daughter?" I looked up at her grey eyes.

I nodded, "Yeah... I sort of left for two years." I shrugged sheepishly.

"I never liked you Perseus." Athena said.

"Wow, thanks." I replied sarcastically.

"But I saw how you were treating my daughter. How you made her feel special, so for that, I must say thank you." I looked at her, but her gaze was focused on the garden in front of us and the different temples. The Avengers were walking around, admiring the nature and architecture. "If I could choose," she slowly spoke, "I'd rather have you as her boyfriend, than Matteo Kanzuri."
