It was past the four month mark of Wei Wuxian's pregnancy. So he was due any day. Wei Wuxian told Baoshan he doesn't want to know if it was one baby or three babies, he wanted it to be a surprise. All he wanted to know is if the child was healthy. The rest will be known within time. He and Lan Wangji have spent a majority of their time outside so Wei Wuxian could get some fresh air.

It was a very nice morning, Baoshan, Lan Xichen, Lan Wangji, Wei Wuxian and is parents, and the twins were hanging outside by the river beside Baoshan's cottage. There was a pavilion that everyone was sitting in and having a nice breakfast. Wei Wuxian, however, his appetite has decreased recently, but he knew he needed to eat for his child. Only, as he sat down for breakfast, it smelled awful for him.

"Ahh! Why does this food smell terrible?!" Wei Wuxian whined.

"Is there anything that sounds good for you to try?" Lan Wangji asked, "you need to eat."

"I know but I haven't been in the mood to eat. And food smells disgusting in general," Wei Wuxian complained, "I don't remember being this way before."

"Things change and vary from pregnancy to pregnancy. It's hard to say what is normal," Baoshan stated.

"I've been this way for a couple days," Wei Wuxian told her, "is that normal?"

"You might be closer to your due date," Baoshan answered, "but you should try to eat something."

"Fine, but it all smells bad," Wei Wuxian said and tried to eat the congee in front of him.

"Does anything sound appetizing?" Lan Wangji asked Wei Wuxian again.

"Shijie's soup," Wei Wuxian mumbled out.

Lan Wangji smiled, "luckily, she taught me how to make it, I'll go make some, just try to eat what is here in the meantime."

"Let me come with, it my be helpful if you had an extra set of hands," Lan Xichen told him.

Lan Wangji nodded. He placed a kiss on Wei Wuxian's forehead, "I'll be back shortly," he said.

Wei Wuxian watched his husband and brother-in-law walk away as it was now just his two sons, parents, and grandmother and him alone outside. Wei Wuxian sighed as he placed his hand on his baby bump. He was excited to see his new little bundle of joy to come out soon.

"Have you boys picked names yet?" Wei Wuxian asked Jingyi and Sizhui.

"We have, but we won't share them until the baby is born," Sizhui stated.

"Stubborn, but understandable," Wei Wuxian told him.

"We get out stubbornness from you and A-Die," Jingyi pointed out.

"I am very much aware, but Lan Zhan is more stubborn then me sometimes," Wei Wuxian stated.

"I don't know about that," Sizhui said, "A-Die might only be strictly stubborn to you. He isn't that bad to me or Jingyi. You though, you can be stubborn."

"Well, I feel like I have to be with my husband," Wei Wuxian claimed.

"You are stubborn, even without him," Cangse said.

"Whatever," Wei Wuxian pouted.

"Don't let A-Die see you pouting," Sizhui warned.

"Like he would know," Wei Wuxian told him.

"I could tell him," Sizhui teased.

"You wouldn't!" Wei Wuxian argued, "I'll make you write."

"Like you have that authority, only great uncle Qiren, uncle Xichen, and A-Die has ever made Sizhui or me write," Jingyi stated.
