I heard Coach J yell into the mic "FIRST WE HAVE NUMBER 25 OUR CAPTAIN FOR TWO WHOLE SEASONS, DEJAH UNION!" She yelled and I heard the crowd began cheering as I made my dramatic entrance onto the gym floor-

"NEXT, WE HAVE NUMBER 13 OUR CO-CAPTAIN MALAYSIA KAWHI!" Coach J yelled causing Malaysia to make her entrance before she came through and gave Coach J, Coach L, and me a high five "NEXT WE HAVE NUMBER 23 BREE HALL!" She yelled causing Bree to run out and make her entrance.
Today was our very first home game of the season, we were going up against Carondelet HighSchool and I'm actually happy, because it's my first game on this court as a senior.
After everyone made their personal entrances the other team had got here and we all went off to the locker room so that we could change into our uniforms "Bitch I'm scareddd." Dee dragged with her arm around my neck.
"Why?"
"Because what if we lose at our home turf?? Girl imma be so SICK!" She yelled and I started laughing "I doubt we'll lose." I shrugged "Anybody read up about them?" Autumn asked aloud.
"There's nothing to be read up about.. their a all girls school but they're basketball team never gets talked about.. their volleyball team does though." One of the girls said causing Autumn to nod.
"Let's not put it past them though.. cause maybe their good." She added.
After I finished getting dressed I removed all of my jewelry and re did my slick back ponytail tighter before I spoke "Make sure y'all take ALL of your jewelry off if you have fresh piercings put a bandaid over it and as SOON as y'all finish getting dressed y'all need to be on the floor!" I yelled out "OKAY!" Everybody responded causing me to leave out of the locker room.
Once I walked back on the court the other team was warming up and they didn't look too bad. I walked over to the home side bleachers and went over to where Mikey, Jalen, DJ, Bronny, Skye, And Some other girl was.
"Heyyyy y'all." I dragged as I walked up to the bleachers and as soon as Skye laid her eyes on me she jumped up and hugged me causing me to hug her back.
Where did all of this attention come from?? Bitch I don't have a clue.
"When are you coming back over? I need to talk to you about some things." She said and I shrugged "I don't know.. but you can always text me." I said and she nodded unlocking her phone "Okay you can get off her now." Mikey said pulling her back.
"You jealous or something?" The unknown girl questioned mugging him and he waved her off pulling me into a hug "You smell good." He mumbled kissing my cheek and I smiled "Thank youuu."
