"Bro! LOOK AT THE HINTS!" Ken yelled causing me to bust out laughing "Bro Dejah ain't nothing funny why you over there on your phone you need to be looking for clues!" She pointed at me and I continued to laugh.
She was taking this escape room shit too serious.
Currently we were doing like a lil team bonding thing and I couldn't wait for it to be over.
I'm having fun, like it isn't boring or too chaotic I'm just tired of seeing half these girls tbh. We been having practice every single day this week and then our first day of classes start Monday.
I just want a BREAK!
I love my teammates and all but some times you just get tired of being around certain people 24/7 like I almost didn't come today but Malu begged me so I'm here and I can't wait to go cause all they doing is yelling anyways and I ain't helping with none I'm just on my phone.
"CAN WE GET ANOTHER HINT!?" Rickea yelled out "I'm sorry, but y'all are out of hints and have only 5 minutes left."
"Finally." I mumbled unlocking my phone "Dejah ain't been doing nothing this whole time."
"And haven't, y'all taking this too serious we gone get out regardless." I shrugged and Ken mugged me "Did you not get the memo?? It's Team BONDING! We supposed to participate."
"How we suppose to bond when all you doing is yelling?" I tilted my head to the side and she waved me off causing me to nod "Oh okay."
"If you didn't want to be here you didn't have to come." I heard Anya mumble "Speak up?" I raised an eyebrow leaning my head forward "What?" She scrunched up her face.
"Oh okay.. watch who you talking to cause it can get real in here real quick."
"Girl I didn't even say nothing." She mugged me "If you didn't say nothing why you respond when I say speak up? What you lying for? If you got something to say get it off yo chest don't whisper and be scared to repeat it." I shrugged "All I said was if you didn't want to be here you shouldn't have came."
"Who are you to tell her where to go and where not to go..?" Rickea squinted her eyes "Just like I ain't want to go to last week practice. I didn't go. If she ain't want to be here she could've went home instead of spreading bad energy."
"Girl." I mumbled locking my phone sliding it into my back pocket "How I'm spreading bad energy?? Please let me know."
"You standing around not doing nothing.. everybody else trying and you talking about 'we gone get out anyway'." She shrugged rolling her eyes "That's spreading bad energy.. okay." I nodded my head as the lights popped on "YALL can come out now, I'll be sure to let y'all coach know y'all failed to escape." The girl over the speaker spoke.
