"Dejah." My mom said shaking me intensely "Stopp." I scrunched up my face before I felt her hand run across my head causing my eyes to pop open "Get up."
"Don't hit me." I told her and she raised one of her eyebrows "Who you talking to?"
"What do you want?" I questioned rubbing my eyes "You need to get up its 8:46 am." She said and I looked at her "Prom don't start until 7:30pm."
"And you have all your appointments today. When you told me you booked them this week but you didn't."
"Yes I did they rescheduled me." I shrugged "When yo first appointment?"
"Lash appointment at 10, nails at 12, gotta pick up my dress at 2, and my makeup appointment at 5." I said "You going with Mikey?"
"Yeah.. ion know when he coming down here though." I shrugged "Well you need to ask him so I can set up the send off."
"You could've been had that set up girl.." I trailed off yawning "No, I need to know when he'll be here so that I can have a send off."
"You acting like he gone come late." I looked around the room "Text him." She said "Why can't you? You never had a problem with doing it before." I mumbled the last part as I picked up my phone "Dejah."
"I'm asking." I said clicking on me and Mikey's thread-

"He said like 5 or 6." I said locking my phone "Five or Six." She said looking at me blankly "Yeah.. you know he two hours away." I shrugged walking to my bathroom causing her to follow behind me.
"And what is so important to him that he can't come now?"
"He has stuf- like what?" She questioned and I glanced at her "What is the problem with him coming at five or six.. I'm not even mad at-least he gone make it in time for prom that's all that matters."
