"You go here?" I heard causing me to look up and I seen this random darkskin dude standing over me causing me to glance at Mikey who was talking to one of his teammates.
"No."
"I know you don't I was just playing with you- what you doing here though?" He questioned and I just looked at him "Do I know you?"
"I follow you on the gram." He said chuckling "I follow you back?"
"Nah- you pressure." He shrugged and I just nodded not even knowing what that meant "So..." I trailed off "What you doing here?" He asked again and I nodded my head towards the court "Oh- he committed!?? He go here!?"
"Mhm." I nodded leaning back on the chair behind me closing my eyes "Ion think he gone do none for our program so ion even know why he here." He said before laughing and I just kept my eyes closed because.. what's funny?
"Ain't you in a tennis suit?" I opened one of my eyes "I play tennis." He shrugged and I nodded "Exactly."
"What that gotta do with anything miss queen of the court?"
"A Lot. You play tennis. You're on the TENNIS team. Therefore you have no room to talk about somebody who doesn't play your sport or what they gone do for a program you're not even included in. You just a hater and it don't look good on you so cut it out." I snapped and he nodded "You feisty I like that."
"By the way tennis is a way more challenging sport than basketball.. so I'm better than him you know."
"Nobody asked." I mumbled pulling out my phone "Why you being like t- what's up?" I heard causing me to look up seeing Mikey looking at the dude "Oh- I was just asking her why she ain't come here. I mess with you tho you a fye player and I feel like you gone make a big impact on our basketball program." The boy said and I shook my head "A bunch of bums." I said in my head before laughing out loud.
"Preciate it." Mikey said just staring at him and the boy held his hand out for a dap and Mikey scrunched up his face before he looked at me "You good?"
"Mhm." I nodded "You sure?"
"Yes."
"Ight." He said before walking back onto the court and the other boy had walked away "That is too funny."
