After three days the burial was held. Jiang Yanyue and the other Imperial families together with the Literary Officials and high ranking Martial officers led the Late Emperor and late Empress's coffin to the Imperial Mauseoleum. She have given her parents posthumous honorary seals based on their glory and prestige they have left.

As there was a rule in the Kingdom that if a son of the Imperial families doesn't have a son they cannot enter the Imperial Mauseoleum.

Unfortunately, Jiang Feng who have been sick since young and didn't have a chance to have a wife and a son, his remains cannot enter the Imperial Mauseoleum.

But Jiang Yanyue didn't dare neglect Jiang Feng's burial ceremony and immediately tasked workers to construct a tomb in his sealed land were his remains could rest. As he have no sons nor daughter to take care of his tomb, Jiang Yanyue have allowed the Palace servants that have been serving Jiang Feng to stay in his sealed land and take care of his tomb.

Jiang Renshu's other 4 consorts and 2  concubine that was left behind was also given good conditions. As they didn't bore any children for Jiang Renshu there is no one that would take care of them. As benevolent as she is, Jiang Yanyue have given them a chance to go back in their hometown and become normal citizens.  Four of them agreed to Jiang Yanyue's arrangements but the two of them requested if they can be sent in the Temple to become nuns and also to take care of the Emperor's tomb. If they were to die they only wished to be buried in the same place as the Late Emperor. Jiang Yanyue was moved with their dedication to her father and allowed their request.

Chengdu who have been Jiang Renshu's Supervisor Eunuch for years was also given arrangements and Jiang Yanyue allowed him to leave the Palace but Chengdu humbly rejected and also requested if he can stay in a place near the Imperial Mauseoleum to take care of Jiang Renshu's tomb. Having to serve Jiang Renshu for the rest of his life, he wished to continue serving him until his time also comes.

Jiang Yanyue sighed and felt glad that their are still some people who have that strong dedication to continue serving his deceased father with their remaining life.

After another week the burial ceremonies have all been settled down before the New Year came. The court meetings continued and their were accumulated backlog of court duties and other plenty of things that Jiang Yanyue have to deal and finish for suspending court matters for 3 weeks.

Jiang Yanyue could only sleep five hours at most on a day and the remaining time she have was mostly spent in court meetings and reading and marking reports.

With how busy she was, it has helped her momentarily forget the grief of her father and brother's death but then the time that Li Yijun could see her in a week have greatly decreased to none. She didn't have enough time to travel from the Main Palace to the Wensha Palace to accompany them to eat or spend time to them for even just a short time.

But she would always try to send a letter as usual and would send food that would not violate the mourning period rules to compensate for being not around.

Jiang Yanyue was actually planning to finish up all her works before New Year come so she could have time to spend the New Year with Li Yijun and so she have been diligent and didn't dare slack off.
