Tongyi Seventh Year, Fifth month. (YONG KINGDOM)

Emperor Jiang Renshu received a letter containing a great news. The Yuan Kingdom was finally defeated and was conquered under the Command of Commander in Chief Zhou Mengyao.

This war actually lasted for 6 years but finally the 3 Kingdoms can be united under his reign.

The letter have also stated someone's name that successfully get his attention.

He have seen this name many times every time Zhou Mengyao would send him a letter of report especially praising this "man" ....

....  named Li Yijun.

Zhou Mengyao have clearly stated that the Army that have finally defeated the Yuan Kingdom was led by General Li Yijun and this young General is the one that beheaded the Leader of the Yuan Kingdom's army and most importantly the King of Yuan Kingdom.

With such military merit, Jiang Renshu would probably have to prepare a deserving reward for this General Li Yijun.

But he can't help but look forward on meeting this  General Li Yijun. Zhou Mengyao have always praised General Li Yijun in his letter and it seems like in almost all of his letter, Li Yijun's name was written.

And as the one that always read those letters he felt like he have seen how this Li Yijun develop rapidly, in just being an infantry soldier, to being a squad leader to colonel and then General within 5 years and even led the army that defeated the Yuan Kingdom he can't help but to marvel how great this General look in person as to make the praise stingy person Zhou Mengyao commend and glorify him enthusiastically.

The letter have also stated that they would reach the capital city within 10 days so he immediately ordered the servants to prepare a grand banquet in ten days to welcome and celebrate the Army's success on conquering the Yong Kingdom.

The door on his study was suddenly opened and his brows knitted into a frown. Who would dare enter this room without his permission?

But as he saw the familiar face of her daughter his frown instantly disappear and was replaced by a warm smile.

There's only one person who is unbridled enough to disturb him and that is his only legitimate daughter Princess Jiang Yanyue with the title name of Zhenxi Princess.

Jiang Yanyue is his daughter with his deceased Empress. The Empress that he loved the most.

The 15 year old Princess Jiang Yanyue smiled playfully as she called "Emperor father"

Jiang Renshu smiled and asked her to come closer as she sit beside him and looked at the reports her father is reading

"Have Emperor father eaten lunch?" His daughter asked and he answered that he didn't.

Jiang Yanyue sighed like a distressed mother "Emperor father is truly hardworking and is really devoted to the Kingdom that he can't even have time to eat"

Jiang Renshu laughed "That's why I have my daughter Jiang Yanyue to always remind me to eat"

Jiang Yanyue childishly humphed. She have always been visiting her father to remind him to eat lunch and would also accompany him in reading some of the reports that he have to check.

Princesses were not allowed to participate in politics and should not be allowed to read this reports but Jiang Renshu didn't stop her and was even more glad that she's accompanying him and hearing her daughter's comments on it.
