Ch.22: First Day Of School

*2 Weeks later*

My alarm goes off. I sigh and roll out of bed, today was my first day of school. Today was my first day at a new school and I was absolutely dreading it. I go to the bathroom and shower, I dry off and change into my black Metallica shirt and put on my black ripped jeans and then slip on my black and white vans.

I brush my teeth and make my way downstairs. I grab my backpack and then grab an apple and make my way out the door. I walk to school, it was 8:10 by the time I got to school.

School starts at 8:30 and gets out at 3. People give me weird looks and start whispering to the people around them. I throw the apple away after finishing it and make my way inside.

I walk to the office and go inside. "Hi, how can I help you?" A lady sitting at a circular desk asks.

"Hi my name is Gwen Stacy. Today is my first day here, I was told to come to the office to get my schedule." I tell her.

"Oh yes, Gwen! My apologies, let me print your schedule out for you. You can call my Mrs Green." Mrs Green says.

I smile and nod. She prints my schedule and grabs it, she hands me it. I thank her, I'm about to walk out when a girl walks in. She has blonde wavy hair. She was wearing a white stranger things shirt with light blue jeans and white converse. She had beautiful blue eyes.

Me and her make eye contact. She smiles and I smile back. "Gwen this is Kate. Kate this is Gwen. Gwen, Kate is gonna help you out and show you around." Mrs Green says.

I nod, I shake her hand. She gives me a hand shake back in return. "Gwen nice to meet you." I say.

"Kate, nice to meet you too." Kate says.

"May I?" She asks pointing to my schedule. I nod and hand it to her.

"We have 5 classes together. Today I have you in all my classes." Kate says.

I nod. Kate gives me a tour of the school and shows me to my locker, I put my backpack in my locker and grab all my things I need for my classes for today and then Kate and I make our way to class.

I sit down next to Kate in the back corner of the classroom. I check my Apple Watch.

8:25 am

The teacher walks in and greets the class. "Good morning class. Today we have a new student, Gwen can you please stand up?" The teacher asks.

I nod, I stand up and say hi to everyone. Then sit back down in my chair. " it's nice too meet you Gwen my name is Mr Jones." He says. I nod, I look over and see a group of boys and girls looking in my direction.

I lean over to Kate. "Who are they?" I ask nodding in the groups direction.

"Bullies of the school. The guys are Mike,Trevor and Adam. The girls are Izzy, Brooke and Lucy." Kate says.

" Fucking hate bullies. " I mumble.

Kate chuckles. "Yeah you and me both. My advice keep your head low. Just do want they want you to, if not they'll make you their bitch and make your life. Don't do anything to them." Kate says.

I laugh. Kate looks at me confused. "Those are the best kind." I mean in closer to her so only she can hear me. " cause I get to fuck with them. " I say.

Kate smiles and snakes her head. I look over and see Lucy glaring at me. I smile at her, she taps Brooke on the shoulder and then points in my direction.

Lucy and Brooke get up and make their way over to me. "Do you have a staring problem?" Lucy asks.

I stand up and move close to her. "No I dont. Do you?" I ask
