🦋All we have is now🦋

Raelynn's pov:

Like I said earlier, she's stubborn.

She stood up, blood running down her chin from her mouth. I reach to kick her side but this time she manages to lock my leg, swirling me to the side before throwing me on the floor of the ring.

Ouch.

She walked to me, lifting her arm no doubt to elbow me on my stomach. I rolled to the side right on time, making her hit the ground. Now that must have hurt like a bitch. However, she didn't show it.

We both stood up facing each other, breathing hard.

"Tired?" I taunted.

She glared at me, "You wish."

She threw her leg to my side and I block her. She lunged to punch my side, succeeding before punching me in my jaw. That fucking hurts. I could taste the metallic taste of blood in my mouth. She throws her left fist again but I block it before kicking her in the stomach sending her backwards on the rope.

She got up quick coming at me again. I grabbed her arm in a lock before swirling her body up in the air using my back as support before throwing her to the ground, making her winced.

She got up again!

She side kick me, sending me on the rope again.

She's seriously starting to piss me off now.

I turned to her.

I didn't notice it earlier but the crowd was dead silent.

I went to her, throw my fist to her side but she block it. I then tried her face, she managed to block it again. I then turned around, locked her head in a tight grip before flipping her on her back, both of us rolling on the ground.

I stood up.

She sat in a weird position, her legs spread as if she was doing a split. Since I was close to her, she locked her arm around my thigh before flipping me on her side, on my back again. I hissed but clenched my jaw. I rolled over and stood up.

She was already standing up, looking at me.

Looks like we are not done yet...

She threw her leg to my thigh but I moved to the side making her attempt failed. I grabbed this opportunity to kick her thigh before punching her face. I then used my knee to kick her in the stomach twice. At this point she was not fighting back and since she was bent over, I easily lock my arms around her waist from the back and flip her over.

I hit my back again too.

She groaned.

We both stayed on the ground, exhausted. After a few seconds, I sat down before standing up. I looked over at her and she was laying down, her eyes closed breathing peacefully.

"Rae,"

I heard Ryker call me.

I looked to the side, where he moved and stood closer to the ring. He gave me one of his concerned looks.

"I'm good," I told him.

Not really though. My whole body was hurting, especially my face. I know that there is blood running down the side of my mouth as I can feel it burn whenever the wind blows on the spot.

They rang the bell signalling the end of the fight.

I stepped out of the ring, standing next to Ryker. Everyone was whispering but I didn't pay attention to them.

"I didn't kill her," I told Ryker.

"Yeah but you both look horrible." He commented.

"Geez thanks," I murmured.

"Go home and relax, we'll take care of her," Ryker suggested.

Yeah, I should...

"Alright," I agreed.

I turned around and made my way out of the fighting club. The crowd actually moved to the sides creating a path for me making it easier to walk through them to the front door.

I didn't talk to anyone or look at anyone.

I also drove faster so that I could be home faster.

Once home, I walked directly into my bathroom and looked at myself. I look like a freaking mess. There was dry blood on my face, my jaw was bruising and my white shirt was dirty and bloody.

I let out a sigh.

I tied my hair in a messy bun, removed my white boots, removed my black leather pant and then removed my white shirt, standing in my black bra and underwear.

I began to wash my face. The cold water felt good on the bruising area, however, when I wash near my lips, I winced when it burned.

I carefully patted a clean towel on my face before turning around to open the tap to fill my tub. I made sure the water was hot as I needed to relax my muscles and steam my skin a little.

Once it was full, I climbed in. I bite my lips as I lowered myself into the water. A sigh escaped my lips as I lay down still. I didn't move much and stayed in the tub until the water became cold.

I climbed out and dried myself.

I wore a white tank top and grey fluffy shorts. I had to put some ice on the bruise on my jaw, so I head downstairs into the kitchen. As I was going to open the fridge, I heard my doorbell ring. I glanced at the time clock above my cooking stove.

12 58 am

Who could it be?

Ryker?

I made my way to the door and opened it. When my eyes landed on him, I felt a weird calm feeling wash over me.

"Hi," he said softly.

"Hey,"

Kyson walked in, closing the door behind him. He was now in a black t-shirt and black pants. He stood a few inches away from me.

"Did you put some ice?" He asked, his eyes fixed on my jaw.

I shook my head no, "I just got out of the tub, I was going to."

"Let's do that then."
