🦋The way I see it, if you want the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain.🦋

Kyson's pov:

A whole week went by and we finally decided on our date night, which was tonight. I also need to talk to her about something important. Right now I was heading to the mansion with Val as we just came back from a meeting.

"Do you mind stopping here for a few minutes?"

I heard Val ask, making me look up from my phone's screen. It was a street fair. The whole place was full of people buying homemade things from the local stall.

"Why?" I inquired.

He shrugged," I just want to see around."

"You hate fairs." I pointed out.

He ignored me, turning into the parking lot and parked the car. He proceeds to remove his leather jacket before using the mirror to check his hair.

He turned to me," Are you coming?"

It was hot today and I honestly don't want to stay in the car for God knows how long.

I sigh, "Fine."

I removed my suit, throwing it in the back. We both stepped out before walking to the main entrance. I put my hand in my pocket as I walked looking around. By the speed Val was 'walking' he was heading to a specific spot. From afar I could see the reason why he chose to be here despite hating fairs.

Cassandra.

I didn't catch up with him, instead, I walk my way, looking at the stall to kill time. At the fifth stall, a little girl caught my attention. She was around 5-6 years old and she was selling beads bracelets and necklaces. There was all type and colours of beads, I believe they're what are called charm bracelets too.

"Hi," I spoke.

The girl looks at me, "Hello, sorry my mom is in the bathroom."

"That's alright, can you help me choose some for my girlfriend until your mother comes back?" I asked her, keeping my voice as soft as I could.

She smiled, "Okay."

She stood up from her stool and walked to me, "Does she like pink?"

I had no idea.

"I think yes," I replied.

I watched as she went through all the pairs and pick out three different ones, there was a pair of red ones, a pair of green ones and a pair of white-blue ones.

"Hmm, I'll take the green one and the white-blue one," I told her.

"Okay,"

She went to the back and took a small pink bag before putting them inside. I looked around on the table and found a white beads necklace.

"I'll take this one too," I told her while pointing at the necklace.

"Okay."

"Hello," a woman walked to her. I guess she was her mother.

"Mom," the little girl handed her the bag and the mother did the calculation before giving me the final bill.

I paid.

"Thank you," I told the girl.

She smiled, "bye."

I walked away. I just purchase all these things not knowing if Raelynn will wear them or not... oh well, we'll see.

The next stall I stopped by was a flower stall. There were a lot of freshly cut flowers and some already-made bouquets.

"Hey,"
